I went in with my boys got 2 orders of cheddar cheese fries which if you look at website fries are 3.00 + tax cheddar cheese is .75 more so two orders should be about 8.00 after tax .. so I asked why the difference? They told me because they were larges ( no where on appetizer menu does it say Small or large fry ) and that was the price that prices went up on the potatoes.. I stated that the price on the Menu ( as well as on line are 3.75 + tax) so a large white pizza 14.00 and 2 cheddar cheese fries cost me $33.00... I believe if their menus state one price they should honor that... I was also told their menus aren't up to date! So please be aware of prices and mark ups ... this was very discouraging we use to love this place but, unfortunately they can't be trusted. read more

FINALLY a quality Italian restaurant has replaced the old Gran Sasso spot! The food here is excellent, especially the unique dinner specials! If you happen to see the Amaretto Chicken or Amaretto Shrimp on the specials list, you better jump on that!! They are INCREDIBLE!! We have become regulars here because no matter what you order, it is always excellent! There is a great lunch special with cheese raviolis in a rosa sauce that I could eat literally EVERY DAY! The customer service is excellent, and the owner, Julio, takes great pride in making everything to perfection. So I ordered a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak, and let me tell ya, this sandwich was the drippiest, juiciest, most overpowering buff chick cheeser I've ever eaten. I couldn't finish because I felt as if I was just downing a bottle of Buffalo sauce. Couldn't taste the chicken or the bread or the cheese because I promise you whoever made this Buffalo chicken cheesesteak actually used an entire bottle of Buffalo sauce. I'm curious as to how much Buffalo sauce this establishment goes through in a day. I'd say at least a few bottles, because I promise you there was at least a weeks supply of Buffalo sauce on my cheesesteak. I almost drowned in Buffalo sauce, I had to call the fire department to come spray me down because when I got done eating my whole body had a film of Buffalo sauce on it. I just showered, brushed my teeth, washed my mouth out with mouthwash, and I swear that I can still taste the Buffalo sauce that was on that cheeser. This place really surprised me at how delicious the food was. I say this because it is kinda unassuming and not the most attractive place...I was turned off by the atmosphere because it was sort of drab inside and really warm with one random fan going. I got pasta in a butter/garlic sauce with shrimp, tomatoes, and spinach. It was so good and fresh and a huge portion good enough for two meals. We've ordered and gotten delivery from here every other week for quite awhile not only for ourselves, but all of our game night with friends. Never had an issue, always liked their pizza. Today we go to order, like any other day... they say they don't deliver to us. My husband mentioned that we've gotten delivery from there all the time and they've always looked it up thinking they don't deliver since we are in Telford, but when they enter it, they see it's closer then expected and that we are right on the border. Mariel asks us if we order over the phone or online. It's always been online. She keeps saying "I don't know why they'd deliver," multiple times. But you have delivered..... can you enter it and see? They've always done it. He asks if he can talk to a supervisor to figure it out... her response "well I am the supervisor so... and I don't know why they would have delivered to you. We only deliver in a certain radius." She asks 3 more times if we ordered over the phone or over the app. Felt like she wasn't even listening or hearing us out at all. Frustrated, we ask if we can talk to someone above her because we obviously aren't lying about this and we just want to order our pizza ... she says "owner isn't here". We say, "so there's no one else we can talk to tonight or we can call back another time?". "No, the owner is very busy..." . We asked, "so is he there, or no?" She said he was there. But, I guess he was too busy to talk to a loyal customer who recommended them to everyone. Instead, Mariel assumes we are either lying or someone else messed up their job EVERY SINGLE TIME we ordered, and she's the only one that could be correct in this situation. The tone of voice she used was very rude and demeaning. She was definitely not suited for someone in a customer service position... and I'm sure they don't care about 10 customers that order from them, but it's just a shame that the simplest of things, could be so frustrating. At the very least, say your policy changed or SOMETHING and be apologetic and kind. read more

When we found out the originators of Pomodorino's were selling, we were all nervous. I am happy to say that the new family not only has the same high standards, but they have even expanded the menu. Their more serious Italian food, and their gourmet pizzas, are extraordinary. Today, however, I went to pick up a simple hoagie, and the owner was worried about when I was coming to get it. But when I tried the Grandmom ( White ) pizza that comes with chicken, broccoli, roasted peppers, garlic & parmigiano cheese I was blown away with the flavor. Most places have this but theirs are flavorless. I just got back from a trip to Italy and Greece where I thought i was tired of pizza and pasta for a while from the motherland. But when I saw what was displayed at the counter looked pretty good till I tried it. I came back the next day for lunch again and I got the Grandmom slice again thinking yesterday's slice was a fluke. I WAS WRONG !!! This time I decided to dine in, the whole dine in area was clean and organized. And after I had my slice I decided to order the Pasta Alfredo with chicken, AWESOME AGAIN !!! It's family friendly, run by a really amazing family. They remember your face and your order. Sal is always quick to throw in as many extra garlic knots as he can. The service is quick, friendly, and they always go above and beyond. My favorite item to order is the chicken fingers and fries (FYI: perfect cheat meal). Order of fries tip: throw a few pinches of salt & pepper on the fries and dip them in marinara - it hits the spot. The pizza is typically pretty good. Thin crust, lots of toppings, can't complain. Tonight my wife and i went in for a quick pizza. We waited for a specialty pizza and then were asked to leaved 15 minutes after it was delivered. They told us they needed the table for those that had reservations. We left. A 50% tip but when we questioned the waitress on the professionalism of their comments, they told us their regulars were waiting. Never been so insulted in my life. We were told about this place from another business. It sits in a strip mall but do not let that fool you. The restaurant is clean and service friendly. We started off with salads, I had the insalata Gorgonzola which is enough for two. (The balsamic is really good). Ask for is on the side. The garden salad is small but plentiful. They bring dough balls to eat with salad. It would have been so much better if they had been warmed. I ordered the cheese ravioli which was very fresh and the portion was perfect.
