Two young employees in the shoe department were focused on restocking; after fifteen minutes of waiting, I asked one of them for assistance. The two young employees avoided eye contact and the one I asked for help from told me the other employee would help me - I waited another ten minutes and neither stopped restocking to help me. I felt invisible, and angry, that I even bothered driving the 30 minutes it took to get here. I was planning on buying at least two expensive pairs of shoes for the upcoming school year - but alas, I'll be looking elsewhere. Not sure if the pressure to restock is so great from higher-ups or if the two young workers were simply avoiding working with customers. Either way, I will NEVER be back in this Dick's as there is clearly something wrong in this location. Looking at the other Yelp reviews, I'm not the only one with a bad shoe department experience.
