Usually only one was working, which led to 20+ minute waits constantly. Guests were visibly frustrated and many just gave up and took the stairs. The food was probably the best part of the stay, along with the fact that they provide beach chairs. However, the food service was extremely slow every single time. The rooms were dirty and old. We found hair, dust, dirt, and built-up grime throughout the room. The entire place smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. Everything I mean was broken... the toilet, the light switches, the AC, the doors, and more. If you're staying here, keep your expectations low. The only positive for families is that they do offer some decent activities for kids.
