The facilities, staff, and residents are all warm and welcoming. What sets this facility apart is the incredible spirit shared by both the staff and the residents; they throw the best holiday parties with great engagement on all sides. Then in early 2024, I needed hip replacement surgery. My wife has dementia, so I hired CFTH to take care of my wife, expecting to be able to come back home after 4 days in a skilled nursing facility. I had major setbacks and spent 2 full months in the hospital. Thankfully, I returned home to a wife that had been extraordinarily well cared for during my unexpected absence. At that point, I also needed a lot of care. It's two years later, and the team from CFTH is still taking excellent care of my wife and me. I am very grateful for Jackie and her team.

The overall experience was very smooth--from meeting the care coordinator Natalie and signing the forms to making final arrangements by text. Everyone here was warm and helpful. A special shoutout to my caregiver, Candy, who was lively and fun. After I got home, I slept for a couple of hours, and when I woke up we chatted--the conversation helped me stay alert and shake off the grogginess from the anesthesia. Being Chinese, Candy understood my needs at home, and that cultural awareness was especially comforting while recovering on my own. Hopefully I won't need surgery again--but if I do, I'll be calling California Seniors Care!
