Lady on the line was informative and polite. It is an official UPS store located within Hilton hotel. The store and hotel can be reached from any terminal, after one exits the secure section of the airport. This UPS store charges a handling fee. Quotes $10 for a 15 pound box. Fee imo is high. I doubt I will use this facility, given the high handling fee. Just be forewarned. Best wishes everyone.
