I just needed a few documents notarized and my signatures witnessed. The first time I came in there were a dozen people waiting and no one acknowledged me or checked me in. I waited a bit but no response. So I left. I called a few days later asking if I could schedule an appointment. They said they don't take appointments for notary services but I could come in today, they were not that busy at the time. I came in shortly after and was helped right away and they only charged me a dollar for each notarization (per state law). No extra administrative fee was charged like some other places do. So I recommend if you need notary services, try them, but call ahead to see if the notary person is in and check how busy they are before you show up. The notary is not in every day. Otherwise, the service was prompt and friendly, and I will go back again when I need documents notarized. read more

I went to Servicios Chihuahua for something I needed to get notarized. They were quick to get me in and really friendly!

I usually always lean more towards supporting small businesses with my patronage however, this particular business is very shady and price gouges its customers who I assume are mostly non-English speaking customers who are more easily lead on.... I had read the negative reviews on the lack of professionalism and just needed something notarized so I figured there was not much damage that could be done there. WRONG... While the person that assisted me was ok..and I am sure others that work there are helpful to your needs the owner, Ericka Matos, has a very shady and questionable work ethic who will pounce on unsuspecting customers by over-charging for basic services. By law, a notary cannot charge more than $1 to simply notarize each signature. This woman wanted to charge me $35!!! for three signatures. Luckily, I am well versed in the law and knew I was being duped... however, I feel it is important to warn others of this very dishonest practice. Ericka is awful. Destroyed my business. She did payroll for my company and tax forms. My employees didnt receive thier pay for weeks on end . She refused to do her job. I lost employees that lead to loss of customers. Her errors and laziness has caused me to repeatedly receive notices from the IRS about incomplete census and incorrectly prepared taxes . THEY ALMOST GOT MY UNCLE DEPORTED!!! Do not trust them with anything to do with Immigration!!!!! My uncle went here for help applying for his green card and now he is possibly getting deported!! They refused to give my uncle copies of what they filed so we had to file a FOIA to get the records and were ABSOLUETLY HORRIFIED at what we saw. The forms are missing very important information and some of the information that was filled out is WRONG!! USCIS sent this place TWO NOTICES giving them an opportunity to provide additional information AND THEY NEVER EVEN TRIED TO RESPOND. When the case was denied they called my uncle and just told him they could no longer represent him and that his case was closed. THEY NEVER TOLD HIM THE APPLICATION WAS DENIED, THAT HE COULD FILE AN APPEAL OR THAT THAT HE WAS BEING REFERRED TO IMMIGRATION COURT FOR DEPORTATION!!!!! They refuse to answer any questions about the case or take responsibility. We had to hire a private attorney and they are suggesting we pursue legal action because they had never seen such negligence! We are working to notify the BBB and the state to report them for notario fraud! We are also filing a complaint with USCIS and EOIR! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY ELDERLY UNCLE, TOOK A SUBSTANTIAL AOUNT OF MONEY, AND ALMOST GOT HIM DEPORTED. read more

I just came in today to have my documents notarized, I have 2 documents already consularized from the Consulate General of the Philippines in Chicago but I noticed that there was no notarized seal on it except for a red ribbon on the cover page so I searched and came across Servicios Chihuahua which is very near in my place. I decided to give them a try this year and my advice is for you to go somewhere else. I went to them 30 days ago and I check the status and they had no records of me filing my taxes https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp so I called them and they said that they were going to call me back I waited and no one did so the following day I called again and they said that the person that is going to be able to help is going to call me back. I waited and waited and called them again and finally they transfer me and the lady said that they got a notice that they need it a copy of my daughters SSN and a copy of her birth certificate and that I could send it to her cell phone that actually made me feel a little uncomfortable and then I called her back and told her that the day I went they made copies of it and she said let me check and I will call you back well 20 minutes later I check the status of my taxes and would you look at that it says that its been process they could of just told me the truth that they never process my taxes and we would have been done with this nonsense of I am going to call you back but learn my lesson never again!!!! oh and by the way no one called be back. read more

If I get rate this place a big fat zero I would. I did my taxes here last year and will never ever go back and don't recommend anyone to go here. They have no idea what they are doing and when I tried to point out their mistake such as spelling my name wrong I got the biggest attitude and no help from them and they even told me I was wrong. I had my taxes reviewed at H & R Block and turns out I was right and I am entitled to $2,050 more!!! had to pay $99 for H&R to amend them and prepare everything for me but at least they were helpful and explained everything to me including the mistakes this place made. read more
