However, since the son retired, the agency is not responsive to our calls or needs. There have been times that it has taken over a week to get a response. We no longer feel as though we are important, or worth their time. We are currently looking elsewhere for service, but are stuck with Keller because we have an issue which dates back several years.

When I first gave Adam's office my insurance business his office was responsive and helpful…read more However the last 1 1/2 before I took my business elsewhere, his office rarely returned calls or responded emails until after I had made multiple attempts. I had a face to face meeting with one of his staff members during which he promised to review my coverages as well as to research answers to questions I had. He NEVER got back to me with any of the answers I needed, despite numerous attempts to contact him. The final straw was that State Farm's premiums kept rising by 10% to 30% with each renewal, which was not justified considering the lack of service from Adam's office.
