Very clean facility, easy to find (entrance is in the rear) and parking is great--just make sure you pay attention to the signs. The whole staff was great. Ross and Jacqueline (I believe, sorry if it's not!) took my fingerprints and they were very kind and informative. I did chat with another employee and she was very pleasant as well. In and out in 20 minutes total. Oh, one thing that was super annoying was that we had an appointment get canceled the day before after setting the appt weeks earlier. IDK what that was about. 2nd appt worked. Tip: don't always go through PreCheck line... Sometimes normal security is faster.
