I'm just here to give this place a good review because it deserves one. It's so hard to trust people using this app sometimes because I feel like they're tasting with their emotions and not their mouths. Each time I've been it's been delicious, minus the giant tostada, which I never liked to begin with. I usually order the half chicken which never fails me. I see all these complaints here about grease...AND?!?? lol The chicken is flavorful, as is the rice, the beans, the salsa. It's my favorite. I also recommend the jamaica agua fresca. It's a bit expensive, but the flavor makes it worth it. Just give it a try and see what you think. They're newer and they've gotten faster. Always friendly too. read more

We've been a longtime patron of Pollo Regio, especially this location. Today, we had a horrible customer service experience. Regio is running a special that requires a code. I ordered online to process the order, but unable to enter the code. At the restaurant, the attendant requested the information and made us wait. In the end, we were told that the special couldn't be honored because the order had been completed. They refused to refund the difference. Adrian, manager, was informed of this and provided no resolution other than to say sorry. The staff involved in this today, including the manager were rude and unprofessional. In the end, you have unhappy customers. Obviously the next time we're wanting chicken, we will drive up the road to Pollo Loco. Thumbs down to Pollo Regio. read more

Some days extremely good. Juicy chicken breast with outstanding flavor. On the other hand , Some days the same order; half or whole chicken I get a over cooked or dry breast. Using the drive-through window I got the burrito. Besides the chicken having some overcooked pieces; it was still good. The sauces and portions were delicious, enough for two people. The service was awesome and surprisingly quick for the amount of food I received. Next time I'll bring a friend:) If I could be so bold as to make a suggestion. To save them money and help the environment, I would look into new packaging. Everything I got could be put into one container, they could lessen their portions and cut prices or offer half orders of each entree. I actually know a guy who works for a custom packaging company. OMG! I saw their average was a 3 but that is so wrong. Until today I hadn't patronized this place because the logo reminded of Pollo Hermanos from breaking bad and I often joked about it but I have to tell you, we ordered from there this evening and this is some of the best chicken I have ever eaten! Plus it's not hard to tell that everything is made fresh including the tortillas (5) that came with the half chicken. This is not only fresh great tasting food but an exceptional value as well. I went yesterday with a friend of mine, it was my first time but my friend had been there a couple of times and always insisted that I go with her. I see why, the food was so good! And it came with free nacho chips. I ordered the tacos with a different assortment of meats while my friend got loaded nachos with beef. They're was a station with sauces . I would be careful with the Habanero sauce it was very spicy! Overall the experience was great, the cashier helped me choose something to suit my tastes as it was my first time. Oh how I normally love you , I am hoping this location is just trying to get the new knocked of of it . Other locations not at pretty or clean looking as this one but the chicken is what we are here for ..... Girl in the drive-thru was rude & kept rushing me through my order. Then I get to the window & both employees were wearing masks with their noses left uncovered. We love this Pollo Regio and have eaten here about every other week since it opened. My daughter specifically asks for the "chicken place" when I ask her what she wants for dinner! I noticed the past few months an improvement in the customer service. It surprised me a bit because the staff seem younger than I remember. But the young men I've seen recently have been friendly and patient with me when I messed up my own order! The line in the drive thru always moves quickly when I arrive during the dinner rush! I wish they would expand their menu... but in the meantime this will still be our favorite chicken place! read more
