I love that they offer a half-size option because it was the perfect amount without overdoing it. For tacos, my son went with the Trailer Park "Trashy"by adding queso and removing lettuce, with fried chicken, green chiles, pico de gallo, mixed cheese, and poblano sauce on a flour tortilla. Deliciously messy and exactly his thing. I had the Tipsy Chick with marinated and grilled chicken, spinach, grilled corn relish, green chiles, and mixed cheese with chipotle sauce on a flour tortilla, served with a side of bacon bourbon marmalade. OMG.....the marmalade took the taco to the next level! I ate it so fast that I immediately regretted not ordering two. We also shared a secret menu item, the Mad Cow, marinated and grilled steak, refried pinto beans, grilled corn relish, mixed cheese, and cilantro with chipotle sauce. The beans and mixture were good, but the steak lacked flavor to me. Overall, everything we tried was fresh, filling, and enjoyable. (I don't have to wait to go to downtown Dallas after bars to get them anymore yay!) The servers were really nice, quick, and efficient in taking our drinks and food orders. As busy as it was, we only waited about another 20 mins for our food. Horchata: soooo gooood, so cheap for such a large cup! Beef quesadilla: meat, cheese, and lime. Basic but good. The tortilla was soft but had a nice crunch to it. Beef/lengua/pastor/carnitas tacos: all so yummmy, it came out hot&juicu. I wish I could've have eaten more but I was so full. Do try it with the white sauce, so good and so spicy, use a little!!! I basically poured it on my 2nd taco and scorched my taste buds. Will be back to try the other items!!
