On top of all that, instead of ending your ladies night with regret and lost dignity, you will have a tangible memory of your night out in the form of a coffee mug, or a vase, or a figurine, or a chicken... the possibilities too many to count. The concept is simple. You invite a handful of your best friends (optional, alone is awesome too). You pick out a piece (prices vary from inexpensive to spendy). You paint your piece while sipping wine (wine sipping optional as well). You pay (not optional.. but bonus, they have a reward program). You pick up your masterpiece a week later. You spent too much time talking and not enough time painting? No worries, they will wrap it up and you can bring it back to finish at a later date. Fun and creative outlet. You can work on a project for a couple of hours each week and then they will fire it for you. It is a mindful, relaxing and creative activity. I only worry about the projects I buy to complete! I make time and hope to make more time in the coming months! read more

My husband and I took our granddaughter here some time ago and we just had the most delightful time. We had never painted pottery before and it was so fun! Great for our little Clara! They have so many selections, Clara was able to paint a unicorn, I painted a dish, and my husband painted a mug. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Since I have no artistic ability, a kind worker named Emily gave me advice and helped me pick a design. She was so lovely and always had a smile on her face. Incredibly fun, easy, and great for the entire family! I have been several times and it never disappoints. Prices are great; they have pottery seperated by likeness and prices clearly written on the bottom so you don't get stuck with a super expensive item by mistake. The staff is always very kind and more than helpful about finding specific colors/tools or helping with designs when needed. It is great for all ages too! I have gone along with my friends, my younger sibling, and my parents and everyone enjoyed it. You do have to wait a week to pick up your pottery so that it can cure; this is definitely not an activity for someone who doesn't live in town or is looking to take home their pottery same day. I took my niece and daughter here in August and painted a few items. The employees are very nice and hands off. They let you take your time when painting and the environment is very relaxed. The kids loved their pieces. It does take 1 week for the items to be ready for pickup, but it is worth the wait! Don't waste your money. We decided to try this place out for Valentine's Day. Our initial experience was good, but a week later when we went to pick up our pottery, we took it home and noticed there were black fingerprints all over everything. I called the store and they said to bring it back and see what they can do. When i came by the store, the girl said she had taken notes of all the pottery that had happened to and it had been happening a lot lately. (Well if you knew it looked like that why did you have the tenacity to give it to me anyways!? Like i wouldnt notice???) Well she said she would paint over it - mind you, this is black paint on beige and white pottery...- And said it would be ready the following Monday or Wednesday. I called the store Monday and they said it wasn't ready yet but it would be on Wednesday. I came in today, which is Wednesday, at 11:45 (they opened at 10) to pick up the pottery and once again I was turned away. I could see my pottery sitting on the table just waiting to be wrapped and instead of them taking 5 minutes to wrap it, they told me I would have to come by later...so it is now over 2 weeks since we painted our pottery and I still have not received it. Horrible service. I was very nice and understanding throughout the whole process so it's not like I was rude and demanding and deserved to be treated that way. They care only about the ridiculous amount of money they make off their overpriced pottery, not their customers. I'm really disappointed because I had planned on frequenting this place after our first visit, but boy they sure did lose my business after this experience. ***UPDATE*** My boyfriend went by this evening to pick up our pottery. Two of the items turned out okay but the third item they repainted completely wrong. It does not even come close to matching the rest of the vase. I find this interesting, because I asked the girl who was going to repaint it if she needed to know which colors I used and she said no. Then she has asks my boyfriend tonight what color I used. How the hell is he supposed to know! Also, he was not the only one there picking up items that had been ruined. Another lady was very upset because she had the same thing happen to her pottery. So I am planning on going by this evening and demanding a refund. I will update this soon after. read more

This is my favorite activity to do in Spokane! The employees are super helpful and there are a wide variety of pieces to choose from!! Pottery is reasonably priced, with no studio fees so I can stay as long as I need to finish my piece! Sometimes the hardest part is just deciding what I want to paint!! A lot of fun and a great time! There are a few things to consider, however-- I've frequented this place many times, and often I receive my finished items with small chips or smudges. Often times my pieces have been mislaid or simply lost which leads to a long wait at the counter. I don't really mind but if I was in a hurry it would be a bit annoying. I like this place even if it is a tad expensive and there is often a wait while they locate my items. Definitely a fun place for the family! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My kids were very excited to make a frame for their grandparents for Christmas. We still don't have the back of the frame to allow their grandparents to put pictures in the frame. I have called several times, I have emailed a number of times and the owner appears to just not care. I was getting lies and empty promises to get the backing to the frame that my kids made but nothing...now they don't even return phone calls or emails. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here...too bad, it could be a good business, but with such poor management~ it is a rip-off! read more

A group of 5 of us went. Thank God we had painted pottery before as we received NO assistance whatsoever! We were there for over an hour, sat ourselves down and not once were we ever acknowledged. NO instruction, NO advice, NO tips, NOTHING!! I've been to other pottery places and there is more to it than just grabbing a brush and painting. DO NOT RELY ON THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR FINISHED POTTERY! I was told that I was going to get my piece in a week. As I paid the fees, I wrote down my name and my phone number. After a week, I went to go get the product and they said YOUR STUFF IS NOT HERE, YET BECAUSE THE PLACE WE BURN IS BROKEN AND YOUR THING IS SENT TO ANOTHER PLACE. They did NOT even called me and let me know the situation. I asked them when I can get it, and they said they have no idea. I had to give them my phone number AGAIN, and they said that they would call when it's arrived at the store. I went to this store to make my boyfriend's birthday present, and because they did not call me to let me know the situation, I could not give him the present or did not have time to do alternative for him. I understand that things happen, but they need to understand people come store to make presents for someone. I was SO disappointed. I will NEVER go back to this store again. My daughter and I were in Spokane to visit gramma for mid-Winter break and looking for something fun to do that we would all 3 enjoy. What a fun experience for all ages. Very relaxed atmosphere and great lighting for painting. We were able to take as long as we needed as I have a 12 year old who likes things just-so. The employees were very helpful recommending pieces to paint and with color choices and combinations and showing us how to get the best effects. We will be back. read more
