The one time I ran pretty late, they offered to reschedule me on a different day at no extra cost, or see me after their current appointment was over. I chose to wait since I was already there. I'll be honest, I've had my brows tinted somewhere else before and wasn't super happy with it, so I was a little nervous trying again. But I'm so glad I did! Kayla was incredibly detailed and truly took her time with my brows. I already had a specific shape that I liked, but she still mapped everything out and was such a perfectionist about getting the shape to fit my preferences. She even did a little extra waxing and tweezing to clean everything up, which I really appreciated. She was also so careful with my sensitive skin and constantly checked in with me throughout the process. I love a more structured brow rather than the super fluffy look, and she tailored the lamination perfectly to what I wanted.
