My first time at Polished went really well. Their hard gel manicure was meticulous (though if you have sensitive cuticles, brace yourself). And they did a fantastic job at creating the evil eye design I showed them for each of my ring fingers. My nails still look perfect (other than the natural growth) almost a month later. I had never heard of a Russian pedicure and decided to spend the extra money to get one. I got my first pedicure about 45 days ago and my toenails still look pretty awesome! I did lose the gel on my pinky toe a few days ago, and one of my toe nails has a crack in it (I had it before) and that toe polish lasted over a month. This is definitely a different type of pedicure. It would be nice to have a massage at the end. I didn't mind not having a foot soak either. The hospitality is great very nice people and your nails look gorgeous right when they are done but for some reason the hard gel nails on my nails chipped within 3 days. I just looked down and on my gel pedicure the whole coat of gel polish is just gone.. slid right off after 3 weeks that has never happened to me. I waited three weeks to write this review to really test out my nail's longevity, and my nails still look incredible. I get comments on how nice and fresh they look even three weeks out. Elina is such an amazing nail artist. I'm so glad I finally found her after searching for the right person for so long. I've had really expensive and mediocre Russian manicures at other places in the city and never thought it justified the price but Elena makes it worth every penny.
