I tried out this salon because I was part of a bridal party and everyone planned to go to this one. I planned it get French tip acrylics which I have gotten before at other spas so I knew what to expect. After the nail tech recommended I get dip powder nails I agreed but it went down hill. The nail drill burned me multiple times that left visible marks. The French tips were very uneven and the nails were uneven and bumpy. Edit: everyone else in the bridal party had a similar experience. Uneven nails, and burned off skin. My sisters nail tech even made her change the color she wanted to get her nails because the nail tech said "It's a bit ugly" (all she asked for was a white to pink ombré) read more

After moving back to Appleton, I've been trying to find a place where I can get a dip manicure. I've tried several places but wasn't completely happy with my experiences. I called before coming in asking if they had any appointments immediately & they said come on in. As I was sitting in the chair waiting for the nail tech, 5 people with appointments walked in the door. the woman doing my nails was extremely friendly except she rushed my entire gel manicure. she was running back & forth from my chair to the rest of the salon. the ends of my nails are really thick & uneven. Terrific new place. I was a regular at one of the higher rated places....not any more. These folks have raised the bar!! The shop was clean and well maintained. The staff is unbelievably thorough. I have the grossest toenail fungus ever and the other place never would deal with it and I never asked. These folks worked on it for several minutes. They actually spoke to me and were pleasant. Nobody even looked at me at the other place much less speak. The girl who did my pedicure took the time to shape the nails and I was thrilled with the end result. Julie did a wonderful job on my daughter's first manicure. She loved it. She can't stop admiring her nails. (She's 5) They are bright pink with little flowers on a couple, and siler glitter. She also did wonderful on my nails. She suggested a gel powder dip set to help with my nail biting. She did a very pretty nude/pink to white ombre polish. I would love to post a picture of both, but I can't figure out how.:( read more

Had Julie do my full set gel acrylics and she did amazing! You could tell she really pays attention to detail and she really took time with the shape and made sure I was happy. It was extremely reasonably priced as well. I am going to be a long time repeat costumer. read more

They have only been open a month and this nail salon is headed in the right direction. I am very pleases with their customer service and personal attention they show you. I am 2 weeks away from having baby #3 and came in for a pre-delivery pedicure with my 6yr old daughter and we both loved it. The massage was great and the salon doesn't have the harsh smells that your average salon does. I was also very pleased with how clean it was. All of their tools are new so I didn't feel like I had to worry about getting any kind of weird foot infection. We will defiantly be back after baby arrives for another mommy daughter date! read more

I found it, my nail spot in Appleton. I've tried a few nail salons and this one is my favorite, I was referred to by my boss. And they delivered! Super friendly nail techs (love Cindy), a lot of colors-even SNS, good hospitality and good prices. I got SNS today and a pedi for $60...are you kidding me????? So inexpensive, but SNS is on special this week. And my nails came out BEAUTIFUL! read more

Actually, I would give them 4.5 stars, but that's not an option. They convinced me to try the SNS formula, although I had in the past and hated it. But, they did a pretty good job (except one nail was kinda iffy) and I'll be doing it again because it lasts, does not peel, does not chip, and looks goooood! read more

I had excellent service from the gentleman, I believe the owner, who did the first portion of my pedicure. He was calm, careful, thorough. Then a woman took over to finish up. She seemed hurried and sloppy. She talked quickly and alternately in an Asian language to a colleague and in English to me. I was trying to read and without sitting there listening to all her conversation, I couldn't keep track when her words were addressed to me. When I tried to explain a preference, she interrupted, twice. I will come back if I can request the gentleman's service. read more

Just had a horrible experience at this nail salon. The woman who did my manicure rushed through the entire thing-she did the whole service in 15 minutes and I was left with jagged edges and uneven paint along with lumps and bumps all over my nails. I was really disappointed as I was getting a manicure before an out of town trip. When I told her about my concerns, she grabbed a nail file and started filing my freshly painted nails and then I just asked her to remove the nail polish because there was no salvaging the mess. She didn't even remove the nail polish completely. I removed it myself and paid $15 plus a 20% tip for essentially a waste of time and a do it myself manicure. I do not recommend this salon at all. read more

This might be the worst full set I have ever received. The acrylic is layered on so thick that it looks lumpy on my nails, the polish is bubbly, and not to mention I was cut twice during the process. This was my first time here and I will not be going back. read more

Went in for a shellac manicure. I can usually only get them to last for 4-5 days. I have really oily nails. The woman took extra time with each layer and finger and did a neat clean job. A week later I have zero chipping. So she's beat my best one so far. Came in today for a pedicure. She dealt with my gnarly runner feet and mangled toenails like a champ. Did not over chatter but checked in as we went to ensure I was comfortable and happy with service. I will be back. read more

The place is big and they have many chairs. However, Worst pedicure ever. Came home to remove the calluses and under my nails.

Wife goes her frequently and loves it quick and good work, and very affordable compared to some of the other "spas" on the area.

Polished Nail lounge is super friendly and very nicely laid out. I saw multiple women leave with cute manicures and pedicures all up to par. But in my opinion their acrylic nails could be a lot better. The paint job isn't the worst but it could be better. read more
