I had gotten a referral from the NW Camaro Club for here. So here I am. I have two dings ( small dents ) in the back wheel well. I spaced on one appt and they were gracious enuf to reschedule me the next day. I think a shopping cart got the car...!! Crap... people just don't care. Anyway so we shall see how they do! I'm waiting for the GUY cause he is stuck in traffic. Upon arrival he looked at my dings and mentioned that the wheel well is tuff because of the double bracing they put behind there. So I decided to have them just work on the scuff in the rear quarter panel. They polished that and took that small ding out. When I walked around with them and looked he pointed out the he tried to get out those other dings ! Realllly??? Wow. They are better but as he said they won't come out unless I take it in and they tack weld etc... ( not doing that). So the price was $100 minimum and I was happy! So for dings they have a guy that comes. For future I did ask about a detail. And for $220 I can get a clay and polish with interior detail! In my future will do. read more

Beware! They just tell you what you want to hear. I paid $700+ for window tint, The First month they messed up and had to take the window tint off because of contamination (Dirt) was under the tint. Well when they took the tint off they tore the window defrost off!so they said I needed to get a new back window, so I waited! Well the new back window finally showed up, guess what we have problem now the new window is also damaged . Now they will order another one....a month later they call back saying now they can't order it! Tesla will not sell to them! They Only will sell to the customer that Owns the car! Now I had to set an appointment at Tesla, 3 weeks later they put a new back window in. Now we are on 4 months since this all started they told me the tint guy quit! and they would need to drive my car to another tint shop in puyallup and this place would be able to fix my car! Well now its January this all started in October, excuses after excuses. I would NEVER BRING MY CAR TO THESE KIDS AGAIN! They went through all my things in the car even my lunchbox! Don't Trust them you Will be disappointed! If you care for your car like I do! Take it to a professional tint shop! Like they did in the end. While Waiting in the waiting room for my car to come back from Puyallup I pulled up my Tesla app to see where Brian (Owner) was and found that he doing 82 miles an hour in my car! Dropped my car off here for a cut and polish and wrapping. The cut and polish went horrible, and I paid a bit more to get the job done. I noticed white dots on my hood and asked why this showed up. I would be more than glad to pay more, I just want the job done right. Then they started giving me attitude saying they did a 2 step polish for a good deal. What 2 step polish? The only part in my whole car you did a 2 step polish on was my hood and trunk lid. They didn't even fix my concern all they did was put a shine on my hood and sealant. The staff seemed very friendly upfront. HOWEVER, when dropping the car off all the workers did was talk shit behind my back. It is very disrespectful and not professional. IF you have a problem with me SAY IT TO MY FACE, not behind my back like a punk. If the shop is reading this review, you know who you are. I live in Seattle and drove all the way here for hoping for good service. I did not bad mouth them at all when leaving my car off. I said thank you and gave good manners. My intuition is always correct, so if there is something you want to discuss with me your shop has my number. I have paid $450 to a very unprofessional business. The people that work here have zero integrity and no respect for others. It makes me upset knowing $450 went to support such a business that bad mouths it's customers. read more

Went in to see if they could help me fix my diffuser attachment for my car and was expecting to pay a decent amount since it was body work. Instead, Brian came out in the cold(in full Richard Simmons / Jackie Moon costume for Halloween), sat down with me, applied alcohol to clean the attachment site, placed 3M double sided adhesive tape, and attached the diffuser properly. He didn't even charge anything for his time and supplies and has to be the friendliest person I've ever met in this industry. Definitely coming back here for detailing needs. I can't even believe this is the same car I dropped off. We bought a Escalade ESV and when it arrived it had horrible water spots and very bad sun damage to the roof. Jay was very helpful from the beginning and recommended two places to get the roof painted which turned out great. After that we dropped off the caddy for water spot remove, quartz resin protectant applied, tinted the windows, inside detail, and they even went above and beyond to take off some paint the previous owner tried to cover the chrome with. We got a loaner vehicle which made the whole process even easier too. When we pulled up to the car I was in shock. It was GORGEOUS. She was shinning and looked brand new. No lie. Awesome work you guys. I know this car wasn't easy on you but you nailed it and every time I walk up to my car I can't even believe how good it looks. I got a quote on the dents, scratches, a detailing, tint removal and new tint (on my windows sun roof and strip on windshield. I was told that the work would be a 3 day turn around. Dropped my car in Monday morning and expected Wednesday. They call me on the Wednesday saying my car was ready but when I to get it, it wasn't ready! There was a miscommunication as this was a holiday weekend (I understand stuff happens) Get my car the following week and it looks great! The car was hand washed, clay bar, polished, waxed, paint sealant, interior cleaned, shampooed, side skirts repainted, wheels powder coated, and finished off with Cquartz Finest, a ceramic protective coating. I dropped $1800 at this shop for everything and I couldn't have been more happier. The car looks brand spanking new, and will continue to keep its pristine looks for a two years or more thanks to Cquartz finest. I really don't know where to begin with my experience. I live on south Florida and I wanted to get a REAL "detail" as a gift for a family member in Tacoma. So after a little research I found PID. A little about me. I detail cars as a hobby. I average 20+ hours on a normal single detail. This is not the soccer Mom's mini van with vomit in the carpet and bubble gum stuck in the seats.. I polish paint with OCD from full corrections to a concours show car finish and I love what I do. I was looking for folks that know what this means and have a true passion for detailing. IMHO this is 2% of the folks that call themselves detailers. I called and spoke to the folks at PID and realized right away they knew their stuff. These peeps are pros! I contracted with them over the phone and they made arrangement to obtain the vehicle. I even received before and after pictures via email of their work on the car. When tmy family member picked up the car I got a phone call and WOW, OMG and it never looked this good brand new were only a few of the compliments about their work. This is not a wash, wax, clean the windows and make the tires shiny car wash joint. This is the REAL deal! I highly recommend these experienced professionals. Polished image is a good reputable business and they (and their contractors) do great work. I can to them for window tint. Its a service which gets out sourced. The ONLY reason for the 3 stars as opposed to 5 is for the lack of communication with me, as promised and the lack of communication between their employees and the contractor. The appointment was made to do the windshield and two front windows of my tacoma. Shortly after leaving, had given this tint job additional consideration, i had adjusted it to reflect a COMPLETE tint job. Windshield and two side windows, as well as an overlay on the existing factory tint for all the back windows. On the day of my appointment, i was told i would be contacted by lunch time to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. They didn't call me. I called them at approximately 5pm and they informed me the vehicle would be back around 630pm. I had plans so i wouldn't be able to pick it up until the following morning. It turned out, they had failed to notify the contractor who had booked my vehicle for a smaller time frame since he had no idea the job was as big as it was. The person who tinted the job did an amazing job. Amazing is no exaggeration, either. My only issues with this experience were the poor communication and the timeliness (due to poor communication). All that said, i would still recommend them to family, friends and everyone else. read more

Well, my passenger door is still gouged... and now I'm getting the worst customer service on earth with a bad attitude I don't deserve. I finally was able to arrange to meet the person that was supposed to fix the damage and he could not do it due to the extent of damage and placement of damage. I contacted the owner today and very nicely, told him the story and asked if he had any other suggestions I'd like to know.. I got back the nastiest email from what sounded like a freaking 4 year old having a tantrum.. claiming they did not do the damage and how he did me this huge favor by cleaning dog hair out of my car.. blah blah and how everyone on the internet does not want to hear my story. Well, I think they do. If I were you and I cared for my car, I'd take it else where. Or video every single inch of your car inside and out to prove the damage was not there when you entrusted your car to them.. but even with that I have a feeling I'd be getting a bunch of crap from this guy. He turned from nice to ugly real quick as soon as he saw the damage.. he knows and so do I that the damage was done while he had my car. I'm grateful it wasn't worse. He has offered to have me leave my car there and they will take the door panel off to fix this.. ugh, I don't think so. I'll pay to have someone else fix it and never go back. BEWARE!!!!!!! I stood at the counter for over 15 min while one person was on the phone and another on a computer. Office area is pretty small so no doubt they knew I was the. I took my new BMW to Brian and co. at Polished Image to get it polished and opti-coated. Brian was very professional and very responsive over e-mail giving me the real story on the products I was interested in rather than the "it will change your world" spiel. I set up an appointment, drove to Tacoma and got the polishing and opti-coat done for a very reasonable price (considering the prices charged by dealers of similar quality in Seattle and Bellevue). Their work was perfect and was even followed up with a coat of Blackfire Wet Diamond 2 weeks later to give the car that extra protection. Moreover, the folks at Polish image were a pleasure to work with and talk to the entire time I was there. Fun guys who knew their cars well and were actually interested in their customers, not just as business. I recommend that you check them out if you're looking for some serious detailing done. When I drove up to Polished Image, I saw a lot of shiny, clean expensive cars. For a moment, I wondered if I was at the right place to have three years of toddler and dog exorcised from the interior of my 2011 Dodge Journey. But, then Brian came out took a look at the interior, assured me it wasn't the worst he had ever seen and quoted me a very decent and fair price to clean up the mess. I didn't need to rush, so I left the car there for a week and when I came back it shined. And the interior no longer smelled like dog, sour milk, vomit and old coffee. Great place! We got a new car (probably our last) and wanted to do everything possible to protect its finish. We were so happy to find Brian Churchill and Polished Image Detailing (recommended by someone at Griot's Garage). We had a complete XPel wrap done (pricey, but less that it would cost in Seattle.) Brian was super accommodating. He emailed before we met to answer questions and told us when another car was being done so that we could come in to see how the wrap looked. When we picked up our car from him it looked gorgeous. He will continue to do periodic polish jobs on it as part of the service. I have waited a month to post this review because we wanted to live with the wrap and make sure it was really well done. It has remained perfect.
