I am extremely pleased with my experience at Diamond Detail. Not only did my car come out better than expected, but I received fantastic customer service from the staff. Their website is easy to navigate with clear descriptions of the services they offered and straight forward pricing. I was contacted via email the following day to confirm my appointment date to include a reminder via text message the day before my appointment. When I arrived there was a customer ahead of me in line. After about 2 minutes in line my wait was acknowledged and I was greeted in a friendly manner by the person working the reception desk. The tech who performed my pre-service assessment was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided me with realistic recommendations and not at any point did I feel as though he was trying to upsell me out of the package I priced online. I was informed of exactly which services I needed to achieve the results I wanted. I also left the site knowing exactly what I was going to pay, how long it was going to take, and what time I could expect a call from them. Upon pickup, I was greeted even before walking in the door (my car was parked right out front) and was asked to take my time to go over the car so I could let them know if there was anything that needed to be addressed. Even as I stood there examining my car, a tech was one step ahead of me, wiping off tiny smudges and fingerprints before I could even notice them. I could not be happier with the outcome.
