There was so much egg it was practically spilling out both ends of the sandwich. I personally prefer my eggs cooked a little firmer, but that was completely on me because I never asked for them that way. The bacon was cooked perfectly with great flavor, crispness, and no excess grease. You can tell this deli genuinely cares about the food they serve. My favorite sandwich they have I created myself. It's called the "sliced edge" it is a healthier version of their famous Cutting Edge sandwich. The sliced edge substitutes the breaded chicken cutlet for grilled chicken and melted mozzarella on a whole wheat panini. It is a bit narrow entering and it is encouraged that you call in your orders ahead of time so that it is ready for you by the time you get there. Ketchup, mustard, honey and cookies to name a few. The store did not seem to be very clean the last time I stopped in. The floors were sticky and the merchandise on the shelves were very dusty. I came in to return a gallon of milk which was spoiled and the cashier was very nasty and rude to me because I did not have a receipt...meanwhile she was the one who rang me up the day before. She gave me my money back...but gave me a very hard time for no reason. This is no way to treat customers and to run a business. No way!!
