Dessert spot that specializes in soft serve and taiyaki. I came in at a time when it wasn't busy,…read moreso my service was really quick and friendly. The place was pretty chill as well. I had just eaten dinner so I've kept it pretty simple here. I ordered the swirl with pure milk and pineapple dole whip. A simple yet tasty and satisfying combo. The serving size was pretty generous, especially relative to the price. Just a great place to grab some quick soft serve in the area.

The girl working the counter was a young girl just getting by her summer day job. She was nice but timid. It was our first time there and a little more energy on her end could've been better. Ordered the ube swirl, pineapple dole whip, mung bean taiyaki, and a custard one togo. The taiyaki that goes onto the ice cream is a lot bigger than one we ordered to go. I thought it would be as big, but when I got it, it was so much smaller and flat. Also, the taiyaki that goes on top of the ice cream was old. It had been sitting there for a while or was made earlier as it was hard and difficult to bite. The red bean inside I also assumed was a paste like how they make the Japanese version, however there were whole pieces in there. It was okay, but I thought they'd be like paste. Overall, the only thing that was good was the ube swirl and the pineapple dole whip. It was also extremely warm in the shop, like no AC in the triple digits summer heat. Had to eat it elsewhere. I most likely won't be back.

I love the asian twist on the ice cream sandwich with bolo baos! If you order a bolo bao, they reheat it for you. You can choose two toppings for free and you can sample flavors. I couldn't decide between jasmine or lavender so i did half of each. My favorite was definitely the lavender as the jasmine wasn't as strong as I would prefer. They have a few tables inside to enjoy your treat. I think crispy and fluffed deserves more recognition and I wish them success!

I'm so happy they're still around! So far, I've tried the sesame, Coffee & Cookies, and Nutella Cookies & Cream flavors. I love that they let you sample the ice cream before deciding. Once you choose, they make the bolo bun ice cream sandwich fresh for you and can even cut it in half if you want to share. Customer Service: 5/5 The sampling makes it easy to explore different flavors without committing right away, and I appreciate that they're happy to cut the sandwich in half for sharing. Location & Parking: 5/5 The shop is tucked away on the side of a shopping plaza, so it can be easy to miss. There's plenty of free parking available, though, which makes stopping by convenient. Ambiance: 5/5 It's a great little hangout spot with seating and games available. The atmosphere is usually quiet and low-key since it hasn't been very crowded during my visits, making it a nice place to sit, enjoy dessert, and hang out. Overall: 5/5 Such a unique dessert spot that I'm happy is still around. The bolo bun and ice cream combination keeps me coming back, and I'll definitely stop by whenever I'm in town!

We went in and my goodness the place is colorful, like a circus of random things of toys, trinkets, accessories and fridges full of packed desserts. I was eyeing their fresh slices of pies and cakes, especially the carrot cake (someone before us bought one and I was curious too), but their late chocolate chip cookies looked super good, too bad the ice cream sandwiches in the fridge only had snickerdoodles, but their hand written menu and ice cream flavors was our final decision. Today's Flavors definitely means something special, but their triple organic milk was unique. It tasted like fresh sweet milk, tastes even better on top of a brownie and with an extra topping (chocolate balls). More people started coming in and given the space we decided to go back with our ice cream, they have chairs outside where lots of people were eating their ice cream too. Overall, I can tell this place is special, very cute and the staff are very friendly. May come back for that carrot cake next time.

It wasn't even on display, but I asked if they still had it and I'm SO glad I did! After one bite, I knew I had to have it. The combination of toasted almond and boysenberry was incredible and easily became one of my favorites. We also tried this month's Maple Brown Sugar Pecan flavor, which was absolutely exquisite. It reminded me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch drizzled with maple syrup: sweet, warm, and so comforting. Both flavors were amazing in their own way, and I'm already looking forward to seeing what Moo Moo Mia comes up with next!

I tried the lychee and matcha soft serve flavors, and ended up getting the matcha flavor. Those flavors were good, the lychee and matcha were pungent. But the texture of the soft serve wasn't my favorite. The texture wasn't my favorite, it was more of an icy texture as oppose to a creamy silky texture which I would have preferred. I usually like the Oreo topping on my soft serve since it gives it a crunch, but it just didn't taste that good after a few bites. This soft serve was also a bit pricey, it was around $7 for the soft serve and topping, which was a bit disappointing since it wasn't that great. My friend also got their crunchy nut ice cream and didn't like it. I wish I liked this place more since they have Asian flavors but unfortunately it wasn't my favorite. Maybe if they improve the texture of their soft serve, I would reconsider.

I tell him to give me a dew minutes, i then proceed to request 2 new drinks... he then tells me they are out of boba. ‍‍‍ At this point i told him to just give me 2 random drinks. I am not going to sit there all night only to be told they are out of stuff or their machines are not working. One blender? I mean if this is your bread and butter, i would suggest getting a 2nd blender, even if it's a crappy one from Walmart for $35. This is like a hamburger stand telling you they don't have a grill to make a burger. Also, out of boba on a Tuesday (off night??) Stock up. Who's doing inventory? I was more angry at the fact that they let over 30 minutes go by and didn't tell me via email or phone call that the blender was down. I would canceled my order and promptly received a refund... i hope. I wasn't offered any kind of remedy. No partial refund, no refund, no extra drinks. Just your kinda outta luck. After spending $20 on 3 drinks (2 of them not even being my choice). I will forever skip this place for the humongous disappointment and terrible service. There are boba places all around this area. I also asked the male employee if he could help me bring the filled water gallons to my car, and he told me he could "if he wasn't busy." After I filled my bottles, I was the only customer in the store, but instead of offering to help, he went into the back and stayed there. I ended up having to carry all of the heavy water gallons to my car myself. I understand that this is a self-service business, but a little basic customer service--especially when a customer directly asks for help--would have been appreciated. My only complaint is the quality of the clear to-go cups. I've gotten drinks to go twice now, and both times I've had issues with either the cup breaking or the lid not snapping securely into place. Unfortunately, it did cause my coffee to spill in my car and all over my outfit, which was definitely frustrating. That being said, I don't think that reflects on the coffee or the staff at all. The service has always been nice, and the space itself is spacious and comfortable. I'd definitely come back, I just hope they consider switching to sturdier to-go cups!
