I'll start off by saying the poke was fresh, delicious, and wonderful. There were a lot of combos to choose from on their extensive menu, and you order via a large electronic menu (which, tbh, was kinda confusing). Our food was delivered quickly and the portions were massive - I felt it was a great value. The ambiance of this place was very off though. First, it is full of all sorts of random toys and bric-a-brac for sale. It just felt cluttered and uncomfortable to us. And there was a very "2021" vibe with the entire staff wearing masks, high plexiglass walls, etc. Again, it was just very uncomfortable as a patron. I understand being cautious, but it felt like going back in time three years. If I return, I'll probably just order takeout. Great to know there's some good poke in Burlington, though! read more

This place might be one of the best I've been to - wide variety of salads, veggies and sauces, and many with both a regular and spicy version. Came here at the suggestion of my brother and mom who had visited a few times and I can finally understand why they keep coming back. Located in the outlet mall area, this place is super easy to find. With plenty of parking spaces all around and a spacious interior, this is a pretty comfortable spot to dine with family, friends and etc. Come hungry as this place has a ton of options to choose from and portions here are big enough to share. Overall, had a great time dining here and definitely worth the visit if in the Burlington area :) Things to Note: Fun Interactions: One thing that stood out to me for Poke Oasis are the different opportunities you can interact with this place. From doing a community puzzle to playing video games and buying cute Knick knacks... there's a lot to see and observe while waiting for your food. Poke: When in doubt at what to order, highly recommend getting a poke bowl. If the kiosk machine proves to be too daunting on the food options, you can order at the poke bar and see what the various toppings and sauces look like. For me, I opted to build my bowl. Ingredients here are super fresh and high quality and I love how there is a huge array of options to pick from. Combo Add On: If you're extra hungry, tack on the combo add on! There are several options you can pick from. For me, I chose the big combo which comes with an appetizer (valued over $6) that I can pick + soup or drink. I really want to like this place, the food is decent. And the staff is incredibly friendly. But they've made some questionable decisions that take the joy out of this place. When edamame is served in a poke bowl, it is supposed to be peeled. One shouldn't have to put their hands into the poke bowl to eat it. Big time fail, either serve it right or pull it from the menu. They quietly moved the "krab" from the toppings (where it is at every other poke restaurant) to the mains. They tried to justify this by renaming the categories, I guess they think that we're stupid. Charging extra money to get the bulgolgi on the poke is fine, but the expectation at that point is that it should be a reasonable amount. Two tiny pieces of beef isn't the equivalent of a serving of fish. The beef itself also wasn't right for bulgolgi. It was too thick (maybe they aren't slicing it thin when it's frozen like you're supposed to?) and it's not tender. I also want to talk about another review I read. I get not liking the motif, but I think the actual issue isn't the design overall which is nice, but just the clutter. Toys and restaurant supplies along the wall both under and on the counter. But overall it's a clean, warm, well lit space. I really like the fact that I can order using the touch screen, but the touchscreen itself is either defective or cheap. It's not very responsive and gets frustrating when trying to navigate the menus. The menu itself is extensive. Most consultants would help them really pare that down, but it's a trade off with variety. If the menu isn't reduced, then it definitely needs some help in organizing it to make it easier to figure out/discover. If this place was in Seattle it would be rated at ~3-3.4 . In Burlington it should be a 3.8 but it's getting an "only game in town boost. Overall the krab alone is what made me have to give this a 2 star. If that was fixed it would be a 3 star. To get to a 4 star would also be pretty easy, fix the other food related issues. 5 star is doable too, but I don't feel like that's something they'd choose to pursue. read more

Definitely not my favorite poke - got the "spicy" salmon, it wasn't spicy at all and in fact super sweet. The "house sriracha" was also not spicy at all and super sweet. Like the sauce was way too thick and sweet and I couldn't finish my bowl SWEET. The guy also asked us if we've ever had poke before when we entered... so I'm not sure if we were the target audience of this place, exactly. The vegetables limit is weird and also the sushi ginger came in a container placed in the bowl which meant it also got covered in sauce and my fingers had also gotten covered in sauce in order to take it out and use the ginger. I hate to recommend a chain over a local business, but I much prefer Just Poke where the spicy sauce has spice, the vegetables don't have a limit, the ordering is more straightforward and the fish hasn't been dunked in a bucket of sugar ketchup or whatever it is they put on it here. read more

Couple of things The miso soup was good but took quite a while for a simple soup The process was a little complicated but the food was AMAZING!! Although the boba tea was not good, it was kind of chalky. I didn't love the vibe of the restaurant, the plexi glass and everyone wearing mask made me feel very 2021 Covid pandemic era, although I understand it's to keep food safe. Wow, Poke Oasis blew our socks off. I make poke at home weekly and I have gotten poke from chains and food trucks. Poke Oasis definitely stands out. The atmosphere was warm, inviting "chill" and kid friendly. We were greeted warmly by a gal who explained how to order and welcomed questions about their menu. I chose to order the #5 salmon lover. It was priced great for how big of a portions they give you ($15). The salmon was FRESH and torched and a generous portion. The dish came with crab salad, cucumber, rice, radish, and mango. You also had the option to add two add-ons for free, I chose scallions and ginger. It was topped with teriyaki sauce and a sweet white sauce (not sure what it was but it was great.) There wasn't enough food for my husband and I to split the bowl. If he was ravenously hungry, we probably would've had to get two. Poke Oasis hits the spot when you're craving unique poke bowls, udon noodles, knife cut noodles, and Ramen. Along with their house created poke bowls, they have several build-your-own sizes, appetizers, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages. Ordering is a bit of a challenge for those that have not been there before, but the staff are super helpful. They have a big monitor screen to display their poke Don selections and an order kiosk to place a full order but they are happy to take your order after you view their full menu via a phone scan QR code.
