The employee at the register was incredibly kind and the service in general was great. I ordered the ahi tuna poke plate to go and it came out so quick! I was only there for about 5 minutes total. It was pretty dark inside, but I didn't have any problem with that. The food was yummy and I enjoyed it. You could tell that the tuna sits in the sauce for a little because it was on the more soft side. Regardless, it was good! Can't wait to come here again and try everything else on the menu. It's right next to Launch Pad, so this could be an awesome place to get food from while drinking a beer.

I was able to get it down, and it was delicious. Because I was still leery, I saved over half of it and it was still delish the next day for lunch. I have had some pretty stellar tonkotsu in my life, so maybe a couple little critiques -- but this is a chain, and I am not a snob. Plenty of fixins and pork belly and bamboo shoots.
