I love this place. $18 large bowl isn't cheap, but totally worth it. I am trying to keep myself to once every two weeks, otherwise I would happily go every day. If you like poke bowls. Here it is. Warm brown or white rice and everything else you would want. read more

Poke-Hana - Large poke bowl. Three types of fish. SOOOO güd! - Poke Near Me - Medford, Oregon

In comparison to PokeLand in Redding... $18 for Regular (2 scoops) = 1/2 cup protein $23 for Large (3 scoops) = 3/4 cup protein The customer service is not ok, the guy with the tattoo on his neck hates his job. My 1st visit and I probably won't be back anytime soon. Nothing wrong with the food, it's hard to mess up placing raw ingredients in a bowl. It just feels way over priced; 1/2 cup protein for $18 is a little much especially for the dark & dingy location. I asked which of the sauces were spicy beside spicy mayo, he just shrugged his shoulders and mumbled something. It was very uncomfortable just placing my order, like I was bothering him by ordering. The guy literally just squirt a bunch of sauce all over the top of my finished order. Had to ask him for nori and won ton. He acted like I was putting him out for asking. At least the place in Redding makes an effort and tosses your protein in the sauce. This place literally gives zero shits about service and charges a premium for a meal containing minimal protein. A very disappointing experience. read more

Amazing poke and great customer service. We tried to go back the next day but they were unfortunately closed. An absolute must in Medford!

Food is great but the employee with the cross tattoo on his neck is rude and dead inside. I try to eat here when he's not working.

I was there on January 4. The best poke bowl I have ever eaten. The food is fresh and service is friendly and helpful.

The food Is always fresh and on point ! I try to eat here at least once a week . love that i can decide my own bowl.

This was exactly what I was hoping for! Not sure if it's because I came from the city but $19 for the big bowl that fed me three times is cheap!!!!!it was great fresh ingredients and I will be back!! read more

I was recommended by a friend who also loves poke to check this place out. Fresh ingrediencies with decent serving sizes of fish at a great price- Large bowel, 3 proteins with all the standard fixings at $16.00. The (presumed) owner was very nice and asked it was my first time coming here. The interior is spacious and welcoming for people to sit and hangout. I highly recommend coming here if you are craving poke! I will be returning soon! read more

Seriously obsessed with this place!! It is SO good!! $20 for a huge portion. You will pay that much for a single roll at a sushi place!

Great poke in southern Oregon, what a treat! I'm from the Bay area and we have a lot of poke places there, but this is the first one that I've seen in Southern Oregon and it's terrific. The Large has three different proteins, lots of extra fixings and veggies to try and enjoy. definitely a healthy lunch or dinner for something different in southern Oregon! read more

I moved to Oregon from the Bay Area just when the poke bowl started to get popular. Very surprised they haven't taken off up here, especially on the coast. Was not disappointed by this establishment. Went mid afternoon & restaurant was clean & empty due to off hour. Lucky for me as I was able to look at everything before choosing what I wanted. Server was a bit stiff, tried to get a smile out of him! Got to go as I had my dog with me & no outside tables. Went to a nearby park & dove in! read more

Really solid poke bowl spot. Not traditional hawaiian style poke. Its the mainland poke bowl style. Fish taste good. Veggies and topping are on point. My wife had the beef bulgogi. It was good. Im looking forward to my next visit read more

I love poke and someone brought this to me as a surprise so I have no idea what sauce or anything but omg I was so confused by these flavors it was super oily and wet just really gross sauces the octopus which is typically my favorite at other places was so gooey and fatty remined me of flem. Ew! But thankfully the person who brought me the meal was nice enough to share theirs with me which was a simple chicken bowl with I think spicy Mayo this bowl was edible and didn't upset me so that's why I've given two stars. I'd be willing to try again just not anything that was in my bowl. Lol yuck. read more
