Friendly. Fresh. Fast. This place just opened in December. Staff is super nice, food is fresh with efficient service. I am definitely coming back for another poke bowl. It's great to have this type of restaurant around the area. Thank you for reading this and I hope you find this helpful.

The place was beautifully decorated and very clean this time I ordered the sunshine roll and the Philadelphia roll. The prices were very good and my food was ready promptly. The hostess was beautiful and kind and professional. I took my lunch back to my office and enjoyed it thoroughly after work. I told my husband about my experience and how beautifully decorated the place is and he said that our next date night will be there. I cannot wait for him to try this amazing sushi. I know we will become regulars. I am so excited to return. See you soon Sumi Rahman.

The owner and service are wonderful and kind. If you want a brilliant taste explosion things like Mongolian beef, the surprisingly inventive Sushi pizza (if have not had beautiful sushi flavor on fluffy scallion pancakes you haven't lived), and their drunken noodle are some of my favorites. Go for the lively mood and feeling and the great atmosphere too! We are lucky have this local treasure.

Even if there is a wait, we have never waited longer than 30 minutes for a table. The service is very prompt and waiters are very good at checking on you and refilling your drinks, cleaning up your table, or asking you if everything is good. The food is ordered via paper and pencil, you select what you want and provide it to the waiter. They send the order to the kitchen and you receive the food when it comes out. For an AYCE buffet, the fish quality is consistently pretty good at Hiro. They offer Nigiri and Sashimi on the menu, as well as classic and specialty rolls. If I could suggest one thing it'd be adding hand rolls to the menu. The tuna and salmon here are consistently good and the yellowtail was surprisingly good. They have a bunch of different appetizers ranging from edamame, sushi pizza, to tartar, most of them are actually very good. The kitchen entrees are very good as well such as the kimchi fried rice and the Mongolian beef. Although it's not the most spacious inside, the way they set up the booths and tables it gives you enough separation from other tables to not feel super crammed inside. Highly recommended for an AYCE sushi spot in Central NJ!

Food hits the spot and everything always comes out in generous portion sizes. I enjoyed my "make-your-own" pho, which was rich in flavor and just right for the recent cold weather. Overall a good spot for Vietnamese food.

Pho Today is pretty good, the pho had a decently boney broth, wasn't overly sweet, and all the right herbs (basil is key). The bun bo hue, however, was missing the requisite garnishes (no shredded purple cabbage, mint, or cilantro. They just doubled the portions of the garnishes for the pho) and was missing the sliced Vietnamese sausage, and blood cubes, so wasn't super impressed by that. The broth was decent though and they included the whole pork knuckle bone, which was appreciated. $18+tip on both is OBSCENE pricing. I know, I know inflation etc but $40 for two people eating two noodle dishes is like "special treat" pricing for food that is traditionally supposed to be on the more affordable end of things. That said, seems like most pho places around Central NJ charge the same prices so... guess I just won't be eating VN food here much.

Where do I start?…read more On Friday we stopped in for lunch around 12:30. We were greeted nicely and bought waters with lemon as we asked. I ordered won ton soup, shrimp with vegetables and fried rice. My gluten free friend brought a new bottle of gf soy sauce. She ordered rice noodles with vegetables and added tofu. She chose not to have soup and asked for her won ton to be packed to go. The waiter whose English wasn't so good very nicely took the bottle with him to the kitchen so her food would be prepared with it. I noted the fork at my place was not clean and moved it aside. Next he brings me a soup plate with broth and 2 big doughy won ton. Neither the broth not the won ton were more than tepid. The won ton was not to my liking. I took one bite and pushed my bowl aside. Next the entrees neither were more than barely warm! My shrimp were a bit smaller than quarter sized, broccoli was nice and the rice too, but the sauce had absolutely no flavor. No flavor and cold. The rice noodle dish was fine but flavorless and lacked the vegetables she ordered. Usually she would tell the server that she can have garlic and ginger, but she didn't. And the food was not hot at all. The place was busy with just the one waiter. He very nicely brought the won ton soup to go for her when he brought the check. He also wrapped all the leftovers to go. We did not complain because everything deserved a complaint. We had also lost interest. This experience did not get only 1 star, because of the waiter who was the only one in the busy restaurant. He was doing his best, but the kitchen needs to do its best. We tipped him nicely, and deposited the take home won ton in the trash can down the sidewalk away from the restaurant.

I recently visited with a huge group of about 20 colleagues for a farewell lunch, and Mizu handled our massive party flawlessly. The star of the show was their lunch special. You can get two 6-piece rolls (basic options like tuna, salmon, and California) for just $11 or three rolls for $13. Both options come with a fresh green salad and hot miso and tofu soup. I had the three-roll lunch special with Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, and Spicy Yellowtail rolls.. all of the rolls tasted great and the freshness of the ingredients was obvious. Other folks in our party enjoyed the tempura shrimp and vegetable appetizer, which were freshly flash-fried and crispy, and bento boxes of teriyaki chicken. The quality and value at Mizu are both amazing. What really blew me away, though, was the service. Taking care of 20 people at once during a busy lunch rush is no easy feat, but the kitchen didn't miss a beat. They stepped it up a notch and got everyone's appetizers and entrees out incredibly fast. Everyone ate together, the orders were perfectly accurate, and the staff was so attentive. That is what you get when you get great eats at Terakawa Ramen. As you enter, you'll notice the wall murals with the chefs on one side and the opposite wall has anime customers slurping their ramen. Yes, it's perfectly fine to make those loud slurping noises to show your appreciation for a great bowl of ramen. Here's what was ordered: - Signature Terakawa Ramen - 4.5/5 stars Boasted of rich, lovingly homemade pork bone soup with a good amount of sliced roast pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, ginger, scallions, and a jammy egg. The straight thin noodles were al dente. They maintained their texture in the broth, brilliantly. The broth was deep and flavorful. - Pork belly Donburi - 4.5/5 stars The juicy tender pork belly was plentiful, sliced perfectly as their we're not too thick nor paper thin. Their flavor was rich, savory with a balance of sweetness from the soy dashi sauce. Elegantly layered in top of a humongous bowl of seasoned rice, along with a sprinkle of scallions, pickled radishes, and sesame seeds. The photo on their menu does not do it justice. I would have loved a jammy egg to be included to bring the dish to the next level. - Gyoza - 3.5/5 stars 5 pieces of Pan-fried gyoza dumplings with their dumpling sauce. I would prefer them to have been fried a bit more. The balance between their pork and cabbage was even. They were delightfully light in both taste and texture. The service was very good. Both Willie, the owner, and a charming waiter named Sung served us. Sung kept coming over checking in to attest our cups were full, and if we needed anything else. I was told the have two locations: Philadelphia and the one we're dining at, Princeton Junction, NJ. Both locations serve homemade recipes from the Kumamoto region of Japan. If ramen is your love language, this place will absolutely speak to your soul.
