There was a bit of initial confusion because I had not eaten at this chain before and the staff member just seemed to expect me to guide the transaction, whereas in my experience they are usually the ones asking about the various steps along the way and sometimes get a bit annoyed if you rush the process. Had a great bowl that they packed to the brim with goodies! I went with the half salad half brown rice base and half tuna half salmon for the protein. I added most of the toppings and finished with the OG and ponzu sauces. It was really fresh and tasted great. I liked the variety of toppings and that you could customize your bowl to your preference. The price is relatively fair for fish and for the amount of food if you order a lot of toppings. I'm always hesitant when I have the option to select a Poke bowl that is a specialty vs me ordering one made to order. There are so many great options that I feel is best to leave it up to the professionals. Which is exactly what I did. Was it a number 2 I had? Or was it a number 5? Either way I don't think I could have gone wrong. I appreciate the friendly staff being patient and accommodating as well closing time was quickly approaching. Even a new tray of tuna was brought out to fulfill my order. This rather new location is clean and spacious. I hope some outside seating is next. The food is fresh and that's key in a good Poke bowl and Poke Bros does it well. The portion size seemed appropriate although I could eat two. I won't hesitate to return soon. read more

I have had their take out over 3x now it is very good. I love their sushi burrito it's well worth the fancy price tag. It's sushi grade fish after all. The tried their pork ramen it was very good. I've been to a few poke bowl places, but never one from the Poke Bros franchise. I happened to see this new location as I was driving by on 75th St, so I shortlisted it to try out. I went there today to pick up a bowl for dinner. It's a relatively quiet plaza. Being new, the interior was nice and clean with good lighting and a reasonable amount of seating. You can select from a signature bowl or create your own. They also have mochi ice cream, various refrigerated beverages, and some snack items like wonton chips. I decided to be bold and build my own bowl. To make it somewhat healthy, I went with brown rice as a base, various fillings like tofu and seaweed salad, and the coconut ginger sauce. For the protein, I went with half & half: salmon and shrimp. Overall, it was a pretty good bowl. I didn't get much flavor from the coconut ginger sauce, so next time I would opt for more sauce. Service was friendly and everything seemed fresh. It wasn't the cheapest poke bowl I've gotten, but keep in mind that many of the ingredients are additional cost, so the bill can add up fast. This place used to be good but they have given less and less food. It's $15 for a bowl, and yesterday I went to pick up my food, only to get home and realize most of the toppings were missing and all the sauces too- including the things I paid extra for like avocado. Super disappointing. read more

People have been complaining" mind you even if I did eat outside, there is nowhere to eat outside because the area is like a strip mall. I have definitely been obsessed with poke lately and have been trying many different places. As a personal preference, I like to get my sauces on the side so I can add it as I go(plus I may like a little of a spicier sauce but my stomach may not always like a full helping of a spicy sauce) Every single time I've made an online order from here and asked for sauces on the side, they have had the sauces on the side! This is SOOOO much appreciated and has really made Poke Bros my number 1 poke choice. They had even started labeled the sauces of which ones they were. Beyond impressed with their service and thank you for allowing me to even enjoy poke more than I expected, especially compared to some other places I have tried. I don't understand the positive reviews. I love poke bowls and have never been disappointed until I ate at Poke Bros today. Where do I begin. My bowl was filled almost entirely with rice so that my toppings were minimal. The amount of spicy salmon placed in the bowl was a disgrace. It also had minimal spicy flavor and tasted fishy. The OG and sweet soy sauces were not even detectable, probably because the bowl had so much rice. The worst part is I paid $17, basically for a tasteless bowl of rice. I won't be back. read more
