Old tuna (fishy taste) not fresh ... ugh!!!

The good Service was good and the variety and flavoring were good The bad The tuna in my tuna poke bowl was definitely fishy and not fresh. Had to throw that part of it out and hope that I don't get sick from the 2 bites I ate I agree with other reviews that the fish may not be good quality or the freshest Ask for a sample of the fish or seafood before you order The owner can do better than this

Good solid choice for poke. It's fresh, lots of topping choices, and they have a good flavored spicy mayo...the staple of a great poke bowl in my opinion. Right now with COVID, you cannot eat in the place which is unfortunate. Usually I'll get poke, and my boyfriend will get Chipotle next door so we can sit in there and eat. First you need to pick your size. Small is one base, 2 proteins, 2 sides while medium is 1.5 servings of base, 3 proteins, and 2 sides, and large is 2 servings base and 4 proteins and 2 sides. The small honestly fills me up, but it's the least amount of protein, so order accordingly. My boyfriend has me so programmed into protein, protein, protein but the large has got to be pricey! I always get the salmon, but there are plenty of other choices as well such as tuna, scallop, tofu, albacore, shrimp and octopus to name a few. You can add in corn, jalapeno, kale, green onion, pineapple, edamame, cucumber...lots of choices here. For my sides, I always get seaweed salad and imitation crab, but you can get cucumber salad as well. And don't forget adding avocado will cost you a little more. Poke Bar is a typical poke place. Nothing stands out about it, however they are not all created equal. Fish freshness is key. I also am big into the toppings, so I prefer a place that has lots of choices without costing you every time you add something to the bowl. I feel so healthy when I eat poke, and I actually love it which makes it even better. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area. I won't say it's my favorite, but I am definitely a repeat patron.

I've gotten poke bowls from here several times now and it's a pretty decent place to get lunch. There are lots of topping and sauce options to choose from and the serving size is HUGE! The downside is that I can never taste the fish, it might be because I go too crazy with the toppings but I think it's also because of the quality of the fish they are using. Overall, the sashimi tastes very weak, almost tasteless even when I have the piece by itself. Other than that, the other ingredients are fresh and tasty.

This spot has been a staple food for me for quite some time. Although I typically come to this location, all the locations I have been to have delivered good food and service. The customize your own bowl deal is always a pleasure! The brown sugar bubble tea is also flavorful and hearty! I also tried the tiramisu glass today which came in an actual glass cup with lid and was tasty! It came a bit on the frozen side which is great if you like the icecream texture! But it also thawed out nicely! I would recommend this place to everyone!

I love Poké Bar! This is one of my favorite places for a quick, low-calorie meal. I always get a small bowl with spicy tuna and salmon. I love that you can add as many toppings as you want and they have a good variety of sauces to choose from (the wasabi shoyu is my favorite!). The food tastes so fresh and the staff is always so kind and helpful if you have questions. This store is also very clean and usually has a quiet atmosphere. I never leave here disappointed!

Edit: I sat outside to eat with my husband, we both did not order cucumber in our meals but cucumber was added? That was odd and as we sat and enjoyed our meals, we noticed that a guy WITHOUT A MASK went in, they did not say anything to him although they had signs at the door saying masks are required. I'm disappointed. This is my favorite go to spot and I noticed how all the tables were cleared to the side, no dine in. Togo and deliveries only. Six feet is enforced as well as face masks. I feel safe and comfortable ordering from here. Two thumbs up for me always!!

My small bowl has only five pieces of salmon and five pieces of scallops.I never bought a poke bowel like this

Love this place! Ingredients are so fresh! Instructions to customize your own bowl is easy and straightforward so what you need to worry is what will be in your bowl. They mix the sauce and the proteins in the different to ensure it being well-seasoned. They don't allow to sit inside at the moment, but there are tables and chairs outside to chill out. Will definitely come back.

My go-to poke place these days. Prices haven't really changed like everywhere else has and the quality is top notch and clean. Everything is fresh and tasty and the flavors of the sauces can be as mild or as intense as you like. I'm a minimalist myself when it comes to sauces. Presentation is always nice as well as you can tell from the picture. This location doesn't t have stamp cards where you buy ten and get one free like the Satellite Blvd location so I'd wish they'd implement that. They've also stopped being so g*y about masks so that's a plus.

Cute, casual, and clean spot for poke! The ingredients are all pretty fresh which is so important. I got a medium size poke bowl with tuna and double salmon with rice and mixed greens. I added cucumbers, cilantro, edamame, masago, crab meat and seaweed salad. The house sauce and spicy mayo are very popular so i got that with a hint of sesame oil. I loved it so much!!! VERY FRESH AND DELICIOUS! Price wasn't too bad, $11 for my bowl specifically. Service was great and the location is just right off the highway so easy to find as well.

This by far the best place to eat! Have fresh veggies and the meat is great besides the fact that its raw!

The building itself is called the Sweet Octopus. It seemingly houses four different businesses(although they may just be four distinct menus with the same business): Poke Burri, Lifting Noodles Ramen, Thai & Sushi, and Empanadas House(second floor). The first two menus are served inside on the first floor. I'm not sure about the Thai & Sushi Menu. I thought I saw on the online menu that you could create your own sushi burrito, but the menu at the restaurant only has custom poke bowls. Go online to their website to see the Secret Menu. I would have tried the sushi pizza from that menu but I was ordering takeout, so maybe next time. Atmosphere: Very nice and comfortable. Outdoor seating available, plenty of natural sunlight indoors, medium noise level from the kitchen, very spacious. Strings of lightbulbs hanging from the ceiling. Food: I got an order of Fried Gyoza for my appetizer. Four pieces for with gyoza sauce for $5 was a fair price. The dough was a bit stale and the sauce was more sweet than I'm used to, but the pork filling was great. I got the $16 Best of the Best Burrito for my entree. I feel like they could drop the price a few bucks. $16 for what I got didn't really seem worth it. Another review said the burritos were the size of egg rolls. They're definitely bigger than that. Mine filled me up. The fish tasted pretty fresh to my surprise. On the other hand, it wasn't that tender. I pulled a long strip of salmon out of the burrito with my teeth because I couldn't bite into it. It was also so sweet. Looking at the ingredients, it should not be sweet. I didn't like it very much. If it were better, I'd still find a $12-$13 price tag more reasonable. Service: There wasn't much to say about this as it was a fast food restaurant. The server was an average server. I didn't bother checking the cleanliness of the tables since I ordered takeout. My food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall: I do agree this place is slightly overpriced, but that was just for my burrito. The poke bowls definitely looked very overpriced. I wouldn't come for those. This entire area is meant to stroll through to relax. If you're already here, the sushi burrito can be fun for kids or a date. That's what I would recommend you visit this restaurant for. If you're looking for a poke bowl, you can very likely get a good bowl elsewhere for a much lower price. Definitely wouldn't go out of my way for this place if I were craving sushi but out of rare convenience, I would.
