They have a big choice of proteins, including different kinds of salmon and different kinds of ahi. They also have their own marinated ahi and salmon. They have a great choice of vegetables, including beets and a cubed Japanese vegetable. I got half of my base salad mix and the other half brown rice. This was so filling that I should just have gotten salad mix. With the medium bowl, that starts at $16, you get three different choices of proteins and then unlimited toppings. There are a few toppings that cost extra, like two dollars for a huge scoop of mash avocado. I have a big appetite, and I could not finish this bowl! They place is small and modern but they have outdoor seating only. The staff are helpful and friendly. They have a very good selection of proteins even grilled chicken, can you believe that? Surprised by this poke shop.. The ahi and salmon were fresh. The albacore tasted a bit fishy. They did not mix the sauce with the fish, instead the sauce was just drizzled over - I did not mind it though. The toppings are normal, edamame, seaweed salad, avocado (+$2). The jalapenos are a mix of green and red, I realllly like their jalapenos. Oh and they have mango salsa! The prices are representative of the area but I felt the serving size I got was satisfactory. Staff was friendly and poke was fresh. Each scoop contains about 2.5oz of meat, so this was a great option for someone who is trying to be more health conscious and track their macros. They have lots of yummy sauces and toppings to add on. Being that this place is located on Orange Ave, a stone's throw from Hotel Del, I had my doubts and expected Poke 123 to be a touristy, brightly colored but ultimately lackluster experience. Not the case. Like every other poke joint, you get charged by the number of proteins you choose. The size, which is a term I'm using very loosely here, is pretty irrelevant because I ordered a medium (3 proteins) and they not only used the same size bowl that they would for a large but stacked all the goodies up so high that getting the lid fastened could've been a future Olympic sport. If you think going smaller means less, you're system of measurement is no good here, friend. They do charge extra for avo ($1.50) but offer up some fixings that other places don't, such as macadamia nuts, Japanese beets, kale slaw, and a couple pre-marinated fish options in addition to the raw options. Bonus points: they also serve alcohol (beer, wine, seltzer, sake) and make Dole Whips and boba. Super fresh, super clean and super tasty. Stopped by this place on Coronado Island and it was a nice spot to grab some boba tea. I got the passionfruit green tea with regular boba and it was pretty good. The tea itself tasted really good and it was perfect for a hot day in the sun. The only issue with the place was that the boba straws that they give are not big enough for the regular boba and often get jammed. I noticed that myself and a few others finished our drinks but much of the boba remained. If they are able to fix this issue then it is definitely worth stopping by! read more

I liked the sauces (eel sauce and spicy Mayo were good together!) and the generous portions of toppings. Veggies were crisp. They offer a variety of things to put on there - 1.00 extra for imitation crab, however. Seating is outside only. Coming in its very small inside but they did have tables to eat outside. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions we got the bowls portions were perfect. I ordered white rice and the 123 ahi tuna and all theses yummy toppings with a spicy sauce and an eel sauce ,the fish tasted so fresh perfect on the warm sunny day.
