I really liked the market at the front of the restaurant with all the Asian goodies for sale. It seems like a good place to stock up on some groceries or gifts if needed. As for the food, we got the truffle edamame and pork gyoza to share, and I ordered the KC red. It was a good level of spice (my nose was running but my mouth was feeling good) and had a wonderful burst of flavor. I also got two pieces of pork belly as an addition, and I really enjoyed how it was cut (not too thin, not too thick). Service was good, everyone was nice and friendly. I'd definitely come here again for more ramen. It's perfect for cozy weather.

Everything was on point. The line out the door moved fast, and service was fast and friendly. They have the cutest interior with little figurines, some mini grocery mart shopping in the waiting line, and other cute stuff to buy. Noise level was a bit loud but that may be because it was so busy. Highly recommend coming here, popup or not, as the broth quality is top tier!

My only complaint would be that the noodles have room for improvement. The sushi was incredible. It was very fresh tasting with good, complex flavors. I highly recommend trying the sushi here. The service was very standard. The only thing to note with service is that food will come out at separate times - up to 5 minutes between each of the dishes. Since we shared at our table, this wasn't a big deal. I think food prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. We thought the ambiance was great. I didn't order ramen, I ordered tempura Brussel sprouts and a JINYA bun with pork. I also ordered rice. I thoroughly enjoyed the tempura Brussel Sprouts. I enjoyed it as something new to eat. The white rice kept me full. I traded 2 Brussel Sprouts for a piece of Tempura Chicken. That was as delicious as the Brussel Sprouts.
