I really want to commend Pointe Pest Control in it's entirety, but give a special mention to Kenny, who really went above and beyond to help us after my Mom passed away. He was willing to work with an outside agency to collect payment since we were blindsided by her passing and her home needed help with mice. I would also like to mention our technician David, who was very patient with all our questions and explained everything to us in great detail. (we were worried about our pets ingesting the anticoagulant and/or the affected mice) He was able to put our minds at ease and worked with us regarding the best placement for the devices, boxes, and snap traps so our fur babies would be safe. He took the time to answer our questions and asked a number of questions so that he could make sure to provide an appropriate treatment and protect our animals.
