John is personable and patient, and has a lot of knowledge about local pest issues. Having just moved into a new build, we were also experiencing a lot of spiders and creepy-crawlys in our shop and near doorways of the residence. So we had him perform his quarterly service around the outside of the building. Since we have large rolling shop doors that are open quite often, I do find spiders have come in still, but when I find them they are all dead! We have an open breezeway, and even THERE the bugs die quickly after they enter. I just sweep them out! We are going to use John's spraying service on an ongoing basis, absolutely worth the investment, and having someone to call who knows the bug business! Thanks John!!

Tyler usually does our pest inspections and he is very kind and thorough. He has gone out of his way to plug up holes where mice could get into our house. He has also removed several wasp nests for us. The bait boxes work really well and we've gone at least a year without seeing mice in our house. On September 12th, 2025 I spoke to a kind man at Pointe Pest because a mouse had randomly snuck into our house and was running loose in our living room. We couldn't catch it with traps. He sent TJ to our house to capture and remove it. (I had trapped the mouse under a plastic tote.) My mom and I don't have anyone to help us with pest emergencies so we really rely on our servicemen.
