First they pressured me to buy the same unit from them for 4x the cost I paid for it. I obviously said no and just paid them for time and labor to install. They installed the unit crooked on my ceiling, they damaged the brand new unit marring the side and corner, they then proceeded to bring the gas line into my garage at the wrong location so i now have an ugly pipe running along the side of my house that wouldn't have been necessary if they had taken the time to measure and use their eyes, and finally they decided to not seal / paint the exterior piping so now it is rusted. I tend to be a fairly accommodating customer so even though I paid ~$2,600 for this poor service I chose to just be grateful for a working shop heater, paid them and let the annoying elements go, that is until today. I noticed after nearly 2 years (they were supposed to have this inspected as part of the $2600 and they never did or this would have been caught - which is technically illegal) that they had failed to properly install the venting for the 125k BTU unit (very large) and as a result the exhaust was coming into my shop. I called them to ask them to remedy the issue, and they informed me that they would be more than happy to charge me for a visit, and then charge me additionally for a repair. I think it is insane that a "professional" company feels they can do sub-par work, damage peoples personal property, perform an install that leaves the customer open to carbon monoxide exposure, and then feel no obligation to do anything about it. My family, friends, and I will NEVER use Trademark again, and I would certainly suggest you find someone else to spend your hard earned month with.

I contacted AF Honest Home Services for a second opinion about the condition of our furnace in a…read morehome we just purchased. AFHHS responded by visiting in a couple of hours and providing a preliminary assessment. A deep dive evaluation was scheduled for later in the week. The technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation, pointing out a couple of things that contradicted the original evaluation by the first company. Although the AF technician indicated the furnace was a bit undersized for the square footage of our home, he said the furnace was in reasonable condition for being 11 years old. He recommended a thorough cleaning of the furnace in the spring before committing to purchasing a new furnace. We are very pleased with the results of calling AFHHS and will be looking forward to their service in a few months.

IPG had won the contracts for our electrical, roof, and septic for a cabin we're putting on ten acres. It's extremely time sensitive as the foundation is scheduled for July. For final approval of our loan, we need to get final estimates to our bank. This was discussed with Tyler within the last couple of weeks... now he's ghosted us! I have no idea why as he won't return calls, texts, or the note I left at the address given. Now we have to find new contractors and get their estimates to the bank. We are very much at risk for not getting the loan closed in time for the foundation and beginning of the build. Tyler knows that this project has been riddled with roadblocks, primarily due to another bad contractor. Tyler knows about the time constraints. Tyler has even visited a sample cabin with me and the general contractor heading the project. Tyler knows we spent this past winter in our RV and really don't want winter #2 in there. Our septic permit expires in August. Yet, Tyler has ghosted us. He was great, until he wasn't. We NEVER saw this coming. We're hurt, angry, and confused. There is NO excuse in a business relationship for ghosting a client. At a BARE MINIMUM, you place a phone call and make the client aware your unable to do it so they can make other plans. I can't in good conscious recommend IPG. If ghosting is an acceptable practice you run the risk of winding up in the same situation we are in. By the way, he's also ghosted the general contractor who was going to throw even more work Tyler's way. He doesn't have any idea why either. The hunt for new contractors is on and I recommend you avoid IPG. This ghosting has wiped the slate clean of the good work he's done. That good work means nothing if we don't get into this cabin before winter. Instead of helping, he's now hurt us badly for no apparent reason (at least none that i know since HE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS OR MESSAGES. This really sucks.
