My house was built in 2004 and since I've moved in 4 years ago there's been odd electrical "quirks" that needed addressing: two wall switches sometimes made an odd "click" sound behind the switch plate when turned on; a dimmable chandelier and ceiling fan fixtures' bulbs were flickering and/or pulsing intermittently; and a ceiling fixture's light would surge extra bright for a split second when the switch was turned on. My problems were fixed in less than an hour! I'm relieved and wished I'd called them sooner.

One was about 14 foot up and another two about 12 foot high. The rest could be reached with a step ladder. They charged $500. Seems excessive for the less than an hour and a half they spent. The quality of their work was great, they wore shoe coverings and vacuumed up their work areas. I was just dismayed by the amount they charged. (originally rated one star) They didn't simply unplug the old and plug in the new. They removed an adapter from the hard wired smoke detector and wired in a new plug. (less then 5 minutes per detector). I appreciated that they did the job right. Upgraded from one star to two, based solely on price.
