Pointe Orlando itself is an amazing place to spend time with family and friends. The restaurants, entertainment, games, golf, nightlife, and atmosphere give you plenty to do, and you could easily spend most of the day here. It's I-Drive, so many of the restaurants and attractions are not cheap, but most are worth it for a nice dinner or evening out. The property has always looked clean when I've visited, and the interactive maps throughout the complex are a nice touch. My reason for not giving Pointe Orlando 5/5 is the Metropolis parking garage. The garage is attached to the overall experience, so I don't think it can be completely separated from the venue. Some businesses validate or reduce parking, some do not, and sometimes you have to specifically ask. In my experience, getting assistance from the garage has also been frustrating. I am especially not a fan of the parking system keeping your vehicle and payment information tied to the account, including your name, license plate and credit card. I have also experienced a credit-card hold remaining even after calls regarding parking adjustments or complimentary parking. I have also noticed garage employees frequently sitting together on golf carts while getting actual assistance can still be difficult. This is every time I personally go! Only once did I flag a lady rep and she actually took the payment on her iPad. That said, I absolutely recommend Pointe Orlando. The destination itself is excellent and we enjoy going there. Pointe Orlando: 10/10. Parking experience: needs improvement. Change the garage standards and experience, and I would gladly change this review to a full 5/5. read more

Had no idea this shopping and entertainment plaza even existed. I've probably driven past it hundreds of times without ever putting two and two together. This is the famous plaza where you see the upside-down building. Yep, the one and only WonderWorks Orlando. I always assumed WonderWorks was probably one of the cheesiest of the cheesy tourist attractions, but then I had to stop and think about it. Have I ever actually been inside WonderWorks? Nope. So how can I judge it without even experiencing it? That wouldn't be fair. What really surprised me was the sheer number of good restaurants here. It's actually phenomenal. There are so many choices, and I was genuinely impressed by what I saw. The art store we went into was great too, and the whole place has a very different vibe than I expected. It seems like they're really trying to turn Pointe Orlando into a complete entertainment experience, with restaurants, retail, nightlife, escape rooms, shows, movies and tourist attractions all packed into one place. You could easily spend an entire evening here without ever getting bored. I only got a quick taste of it this time, but I'll definitely be back. There's clearly a lot more here than I realized. Oh, and if you're coming here to see a movie at Regal, here's a little tip: park in the Pointe Orlando garage, go into the theater, and get your parking validated before you leave. Pointe Orlando is such a vibe. Plenty of restaurant and entertainment for everyone. You have Main Event to play arcades, bowling, and host parties with friends. They even have gel blasters and laser tag. There's also plenty of restaurants to choose from and eat as well as dancing particularly Cuba Libre. If you just want to unwind and catch a movie you have Regal Cinemas at your disposal and even shopping available with souvenirs at neighboring shoppes. read more

Since the remodel , there are new restaurants and a few retail shops and of course the movie theater. The parking garage is a 1 star as they take a photo of your car as soon as you enter ( kinda weird to me ) and parking is a night mare. Kava's tacos , Cubra libre , Maggiano's are just a few of my favorite restaurants but if you are visiting orlando , check out the website to plan you I drive day as this is part of the I drive strip ! Pointe Orlando is a great dining and entertainment destination located directly across from the Orange County Convention Center. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, offering a wide variety of cuisines, including an excellent Brazilian steakhouse. The complex is spread across two levels, making it easy to walk around, explore, and find something that fits your mood. Valet parking is available, and there's also a paid parking garage next to the complex. The only downside is that the parking payment system can be a bit confusing. Instead of paying at the exit, you need to use an app or visit a website to pay, as cash and credit cards aren't accepted at the gate. This can sometimes slow down traffic when people are leaving. Other than that, it's a fantastic place to enjoy a meal, meet friends, or spend an evening, especially if you're attending an event at the convention center. read more

It reminds me of the Florida Mall. It's a popular outdoor mall filled with many tourists and locals eating at the restaurants. A long time ago, it was beautiful with lots of fountains and even a vendor having parrots for photo ops. Now, most of the fountains are gone, and a few restaurants have changed. At least there are great restaurants like The Capitol Grille, Hampton Social, and Taverna Opa. I normally come to eat at the restaurants instead of shopping, so I don't know what shops are around. I go know there is an arcade (Main Event) and a science museum (Wonderworks), which both are decent enough. Now, there is a nightclub area called Live At Pointe Orlando. I visited one of the venues, PBR, which was very good for people who want to ride a mechanical bull. The food at the restaurants are pretty good, but a little expensive. This is one of the few malls that charges for parking, but at least some restaurants will validate it. I think they still have the movie theater, which is pretty good if you still watch movies over there. I think there is a comedy club as well, but not sure if the comedians are good or not. Honestly, it is just another tourist mall with various good restaurants, attractions, and shops. If parking was free, it would be better. But at least it isn't too difficult to find a spot in the garage. Best to eat at one of the places that validates your parking, then spend as long as you want at the shops and other places. I visited the Pointe a few times during a work conference nearby. The nice thing is that a number of quality restaurants and bars are combined into one upscale outdoor area. For our group staying across the street, it was fantastic to have something like this walkable. I visited Hampton Social, Oceanaire, PBR Cowboy, and the Shark bar. Private event meals and drinks at all of these spots were really good. Atmosphere and vibes were spot on. All the servers and bartenders were professionals and great to work with. My family visited specifically for the movie theater located at the Pointe. It was fairly easy to self park and valet is also available. The theater offered a QR code that made parking free. A directory shows which restaurants and bars are available. There's some shopping, including a beautiful crystal shop. When we were there, we were blocked from several venues due to a private party. We were asked to exit the upstairs area; however, it wasn't blocked off so it was a bit confusing as we attempted to find a spot for lunch. Most restaurants are geared towards adults - not that families can't visit - and if I lived nearby I'd likely meet our adult friends there. read more

The parking lot though, is the worst I've ever experienced in the U.S. so far. I think they need to make the lanes one way only. This location has so many cool things to do. The museum of Ice cream will open soon in this location and I have been to the museum of ice cream before in Miami and in New York and they were a super fun and yummy experience. I would like to try the new restaurant called Taffer's Tavern that just opened in this location as well. This location seems like it just opened. We spent the evening at an event at Live! at the Point. There were plenty of restaurants and bars to visit, but we wanted to get something quick. Sal's Pizza was the perfect spot. The line went fast even though it was super long. We got a whole pepperoni and the sweet cashier pulled the one fresh out of the oven and boxed it up for us right away. The pizza was hot, fresh, and the cheese pull was out of this world. The sauce and dough were seasoned well and balanced. The best slice I've had in a while. 10/10 will return. read more

There's also a Regal cinemas located on second floor. The main event has a bowling alley with arcade! Check the Pointe's website for events. They currently have a Monday night promo kinda like Dave & Buster's play all evening. I noticed there were some boutiques & a Pandora store. Looking forward to checking Pandora out next time I'm there to add to my charm bracelet. I didn't visit Wonderworks yet, but saw that it is an amusement park. After paying a parking fee plus a tip, we were verbally accosted because the whining valet said we made him wait to long after calling for our car. It offers Family entertainment like Activate, Movie theater, Wonder world, etc. You can also find a variety of bars, restaurants, live music with unique themes. Some of my favorite places is the Funny Bone comedy club for a good laugh, Activate for family night, Maggiano's little Italy for some Italian food, Cuba Libre for great Spanish music, Tin roof for a live band, and a stroll through a futuristic tunnel. Pointe Orlando has changed quite a bit over the years. It is now filled with really great restaurants! The parking garage is very convenient. Pointe Orlando's shops and restaurants are super close to the garage. There is plenty of parking. Downfall was that the elevator we parked by the other day was out of order. Pointe Orlando is kept very well maintained. It's super spacious and fun to walk around. We love the restaurant options- many different cuisines are offered! Our favorite right now is the Rodizio Grill- a Brazilian steakhouse similar to Texas de Brazil. read more

Pointe Orlando has been dead for a long time. Businesses open and close on property pretty regularly. It's especially empty on weekdays so it's surprising that they have such a scam in their parking garage that will keep people from returning. I was there a few weeks ago on a Thursday afternoon for a work outing at Activate. Very few places were open downstairs and nothing was open upstairs except the movie theater. When exiting I was having issues with the parking website that's used to pay for parking. I want to include that I work for a telecom company and regularly help people troubleshoot tech issues so scanning a QR code and paying a fee online is generally not an issue I've run into before. I pushed a help button on the kiosk and the arm on the gate opened. Nobody offered any assistance either through the kiosk or in person. Fast forward a few weeks and I receive a parking notice, plus a $45 fee. I don't mind paying the $7.46 parking fee but the $45 fee or any fee for that matter seems excessive, especially when you request assistance to pay the fee but they open the gate and allow you to leave instead. This seems like nothing more than a scam. How are you legally able to charge a admin fee that's 6 times what I would have paid to park? Also, isn't personal info from your license plate supposed to be private under the Drivers Privacy Protection Act?? This all just seems like a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

This is a perfect movie location for those of us who want to avoid a crowd. Went opening weekend to see the Stitch movie around 4:00pm, and was happy to see that this theater (Pointe Orlando in general ) was just as empty as I remember it. It's a very clean/ nice area, a few shops and restaurants and a comedy club. I've been a handful of times over the last 15 years with a target location in mind (comedy club or movie) and the place is always a ghost town. Not sure why it hasn't gotten more business over the years as its in a decent location for all that and well kept/clean. A Yelp event brought me here for the first time but I came back quite a few more times after to enjoy all that Pointe Orlando has to offer. Seriously, what a cool place! They have fake grass and chairs in the middle of their area. Which makes for great people watching or snacking, if you'd like. The Pointe Orlando is a centralized location for all the coolest places to eat and things to do. There is nothing you won't like here, as they have about every type of food you can think of. I really enjoyed going to Main Event, as they had bowling, an arcade area, and all kinds of different foods for you to enjoy. They had a place called "The Pub" which seemed like a literal pub from the UK. They did a great job at making you feel like you literally transported into a different country. Their music matched, the food matched, and the atmosphere was spot-on. It was a super cool experience. There was the Capital Grille and Rodizio there, which both offer similar foods. Rodizio is a Brazillian restaurant with a salad/side buffet. The Capital Grille seems to have a more American approach to a steak restaurant. The Hampton Social was such a cool atmosphere, but with it being a lot of seafood, I wasn't the biggest fan. However, the atmosphere was so cool--it gave me beachy vibes and I loved it. Kavas Tacos and Tequilia was such a cool experience. Throughout the few times that I visited, there was llamas and fire dancers. These people sure know how to party. Their food was decent but admittedly, I have had better Mexican food. Although, it doesn't matter all that much when the food is as great as it was. Cuba Libre was one of the coolest restaurants I have ever stepped into. They have multiple stories in their restaurant and they have went above and beyond to create the perfect "Cuban" atmosphere. It was truly breathtaking. There were also some neat little shops within Pointe Orlando. They also had a comedy club and a movie theatre, which is a great addition to the already established entertainment with Main Event being there. I wasn't able to visit this specific location, but they do also offer a really cute Maggiano's Italian restaurant. There was also some kind of tarot/witch store with all kinds of trinkets inside. Lastly, they did also have a restaurant that reminded me of a diner--called JoJo's ShakeBAR. They feature traditional American dishes such as salads and sandwiches, and they also have shakes, of course! All in all, visiting Pointe Orlando will literally make you feel like you're time travelling. You are able to visit so many different restaurants that seem to be on opposite ends of the world, even though they are right across the sidewalk from each other. It is truly an incredible experience. Without a doubt, I will be going to The Pointe Orlando again when I am in town. read more
