I've been going to this location for ~10 years, but it's now a clown show. The long time technician I dealt with has always been good, but now, the new management forces a "safety check" on all vehicles, even when I went in for a simple slow leak repair, and I had to tell them to stop the unasked for check, and not do a rotation. The tech told me the tire was unrepairable, and though it was nearly new, management said there was no road hazard warranty to prorate for a new time. No road hazard warranty? I tried to contact Point S, but the website has no corporate phone number, and the email form doesn't work. I'm going to find a new shop to buy tires. read more

This business is not for me. I had an extremely bad experience there even though the results could have been different. They couldn't correctly align my car for whatever reason, but rather made it worse, after dropping over $600 for a job I will never be sure my 5 year old car even needed. Rather than honoring the warrenty, I took it to a place my regular mechanic, who doesn't do alignments, recommended. They did a perfect job. When I reached out to Jerry Noble for a refund for the alignment, the manager did agree to it after several conversations. His aim was to keeo me as a customer. I really appreciated his listening to me despite his initial skeptisism and my not honoring the warrenty ( My trust was totally broken.) and I told him so. He told me it would be a week or slightly longer. He also told me that I would be contacted when the check came in. After two weeks I contacted him to inquire why I not heard anything yet. He was confused, saying and I quote, he was told the check had been issued and that the guys from the original shop told him it had come in. But he promised to look into it and get back to me. He did, but I was unable to take his call. Rather than leaving a mesage updating me, he hung up. So I was none the wiser. I tried to reach him 3 times that day, but finally was told he was at a meeting off site. Initially I was led to believe he would be returning. All I was looking for was information. I'm not a wealthy person and that refund was important to me. I tried to reach him the next morning and was told he was away for two weeks. I called the original shop, was left on hold and diconnected twice after talking to two people who knew nothing. I only called them based on information the manager gave me the day before. I was told I needed to talk to the manager and he was still in the shop, despite what I'd been told earler. The third person told me only the manager could help me. I admit I lost my cool at that point. I asked for the owner's phone number, which the employee said he was not permitted to release. I kept asking what I was supposed to do and said if they were trying to keep a customer, it wasn't working. I tried to call the other shop a couple of times to see if I could get the owner's number.They screened my calls and cut it off each time. Finally the manager called me back, finally telling me the check was in the mail (as yet unreceived). That was all I wanted to know and a phone message the day before with that info would have allieviated the whole mess. He was no longer professional, but started to angrily tell me he did not appreciate me calling his shops multiple times. Has he heard of voice mail? When I tried to interject, he curtly told me he did not have to listen to me. I said the same thing back, which was true. I hung up. He called back twice when he finally lefi voice mail telling me what I had wanted to know, plus I was not welcome in any of their businesses. Like I'd want to go back. It was very upsetting. Was I a pest? Probably. Did I lose my cool? Yes. But I was amazed at how their goodwill went right out the window. I dropped alot of money there, for a very unsatisfactory job. I would never had written a review if I had not been given the run around and if they could have been professional throughout the whole encounter. Not for me. read more

If you are looking for fast and real personal service, Chuck at Point S is certainly the guy to go see!! I needed a good, but fair priced set of new tires, an alignment and an oil change. Chuck had the perfect tires and could fit me into the schedule the next day! The work was all done in 2 hours, including a free 15 point check-up. I got a great deal on the tires & work, plus a very sincere thank-you and handshake! I grew up in the tire business and have seen customer service go downhill. The last couple times I have been in for oil change/rotation, it takes forever. I get there before they open so I'm first in line and it still takes 60-90 minutes. Much better under the former management. read more

I bought a high performance tire here and when it was damaged under road hazard, another tire factory said, "no problem, it's covered." The other location ordered the tire but couldn't put it on after Jerry Noble refused to cover it under the Tire Factory Road Hazard (the original sale location has to be the one to honor it). I called a few separate times and was given a separate reason each time 1) high performance tires aren't covered, 2) tires over $300 aren't covered, 3) low profile tires weren't covered. The other location said that none of those reasons are true for Tire Factory but Jerry Noble refused to replace the tire. I've also had similar tires replaced at other locations before. Don't shop here if you're hoping to use the Tire Factory Road Hazard. Jerry Noble will refuse to honor it and will change their reason every time, though none were valid. read more

So be ware people because apparently most places pay their mechanics by commission so they make their on FINDING PROBLEMS. I went to Jerry Noble Tires for a simple wheel rotation and to have 1 tire checked for a slow leak. While waiting for the work to be completed, one of the managers came in and essentially told me that they had destroyed my tire with their tire machine. He walked me into the work area and showed me my tire that now had a nearly 5 inch gash in the sidewall through-and-through. He went on to tell me that he's never seen this happen before. At no time did he take responsibility for this damage or even offer to replace the tire at his cost. He only offered to sell me a replacement tire at standard MSRP retail pricing. He did find an old used tire that he mounted on my rim so I could at least drive home. After I arrived home, they called to inform me that they had forgotten to properly torque tighten the lug nuts on my wheels. So, I had driven home with inadequately tightened lug nuts. (Fortunately, I did not have to travel on the highway to get home.) They sent their tire serve truck to my residence and finished the lug nut torque tightening procedure. After checking prices online for a replacement tire of the same brand and size, I found one for 30% less than what Jerry nobles was willing to sell me one for - after they destroyed my existing tire. Would it have been to much to ask that they at least offer me a new tire at their cost? All things considered? To make matters worse, since I have an all wheel drive vehicle, I couldn't have one brand new tire with the other three having about 16,000 miles on them - although the remaining 3 tires had ample tread remaining. I strongly discourage anyone from giving their business to a shop that will not take any level of responsibility for destroying a customer's tire. I have discussed this with 3 other tire shops in Great Falls, and they all told me that the shop should have made it right for me. You've been warned! I ended-up buying a new set of tires online and saved a bundle. I had them installed at Big O tires for a nominal fee. I was more than pleased with the service at Big O. Jerry Noble was recommended to me by a local RV repair guy whose opinion I value highly, to get new tires for my RV (Ford truck chassis) and I wasn't disappointed. Friendly, respectful service (unlike some places that just don't value their women customers quite the same way). He didn't make me feel stupid when I asked dumb questions, but answered them directly and simply. When it turned out there was a problem with the hubcap, he offered to make it good. Jerry Noble Tires receives a big ZERO from us. We promptly took our business to Firestone, when it was apparent they didn't want our business. They lost $900.00, as we were fully prepared to buy four new tires. They totally dropped the ball. We needed to be kept in the loop, as we had relatives who had a plane to catch. They totally didn't feel the need to call us and tell us they couldn't find the keys. (which, by the way, were in the cup holder) Luckily, I called them to receive an exact time the truck would be done. I got transferred from one idiot to another and nobody knew anything. New to town, heard about Tire Factory. Went in for a simple tire swap (I couldn't get the rim off myself.) They didn't write a work order up so they ended up forgetting about me. After nearly an hour and a half I sat on a stool at the front counter where two employees were talking about their medical conditions. (I learned a lot about the 28 year old female's problems.) They ignored me for 10 minutes until another shop employee came in and tried to help me. However, with no work order, he didn't know what was done or how to charge me. Jerry Noble Tires gets a big thumbs down from me. When they rotated my tires, they put two lug nuts on crooked. It cost me a lot of money to have the two studs fixed by another company who found their shoddy work. When confronted with the information, they claimed they didn't do it and said the lug nuts can get crossed threaded by just driving the vehicle. They wouldn't take responsibility for the poor work. I had these guys put some new rims on my truck and the guy that put them on scuffed up one of the edges of my brand new rim pretty badly. When i went back to ask them if they would replace the rim, the owner flat out said "no, we didn't do this" . I am 100% sure without a doubt that they were responsible and just didn't have the decency to fess up and fix it. They lost my families business for sure. read more

When I called to make the appointment I advised that my breaks were squeeling, I stated that I thought it was the front but I wasn't sure, please check it out. I brought in my car and they allegedly fixed the issue. When I got my car the breaks were still making noise. I went back in and was informed they "fixed" the front breaks. I said it was still making the same noise, I hadn't asked them to fix the front breaks, I asked them to make it stop squeeling. After paying for the front breaks, they told me I can bring the car back in and they'd fix the rear breaks. The front didn't need repaired as I had just done them myself less than two years ago. I had to come in the next day and they did my rear breaks, which I was also charged for. I left, thinking everything was fine but still angry I was charged twice for something that I felt had not been fixed. Later that day I parked my car and used the emergency break in a crowded parking lot, my car started rolling backwards, my daughter risked herself to catch it before hitting another car. The emergency break worked fine when I took it in and it is part of the rear break system. I went in several months later after my mother convinced me to give them another chance to redeem themselves. The man at the counter was rude and told me I'd have to pay to get it fixed. I was angry and admit I yelled. Now I have been advised I am not allowed in their building. All I wanted was an apology, my e break fixed and maybe a partial refund since they "fixed" something that didn't need it. Now I am angry because they are refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. read more
