Sean is fantastic - designs training session to your level, listens to your feedback, and is a super fun person to work (out) with. Have only just begun training with him (3x /week), but my expectation level was high as I had an outstanding PT before Covid. Sean is holding his own without a sweat - highly recommend him! Rates are reasonable, particularly if you sign up for a 12 session package.

F45 has a few different membership options and offers student and military discount (same discount). The classes here are excellent! The atmosphere is extremely encouraging and it's nice to just walk in and have your (super efficient, 45 minute) workout planned for you. It's a small studio but it's not conventional like the rest of the studios in the area. He doesn't use or have any cardio machines in there. To me that is awesome because it makes a trainer have to work harder and keep themselves up to date with new exercises, I am writing this long review because I have been with other trainers and they suck. They put you on a treadmill for 20 minutes and leave you there! Why would I pay for someone to do that when I can walk by myself... Anyway, this is a really cool place, I did get a free training session out of the chat and can't wait to see what is in store next week.
