Stopped by here to try the amazing taco board!! The restaurant itself has incredible ambiance - it's very cute both inside and out and the volume is perfect. Our waiter was so sweet. We got the taco board for two with chicken, steak and added avocado. The chicken and steak were absolutely delicious and the board was so incredible. They don't give you much avocado so debatable on if you should add that for the $2. We got the asparagus caprese for our appetizer and it was also delicious. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because I did not love the margaritas. They were very juice heavy and sweet - even when getting an extra shot to pour in they were still way too sweet and we couldn't taste any tequila (in a ~it feels like we're just drinking juice and extra sugar~ kinda way). read more

We went for dinner for ladies-night-out on Thursday. Parking was just OK. I believe I found the last available spot when I arrived. Our service lady was a little busy, we did wait longer to be served but overall the service is fine. It is a little loud inside. Six of us got a big round table at the corner, but we kinda have to yell so that others on the table can hear. The shrimp Louie salad was pretty good. The leaves are super fresh. Good amount of shrimp pairing with avocado, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber and the sauce is just perfect balance. Apparently the pesto pasta is very good, would love to come back next time to try it, and the fried oysters. There were a lot of celebrations going on when we were there, since we heard at least 5 champagne pops lol. read more

I was away taking care of a sick family member for a week. When I got home, I took my oldest son out to brunch to spend some time together. I had brought my other son here one time for dinner and he loved it so my oldest wanted to come and try it as well. When we entered, we were seated immediately. It wasn't as crowded as the other times I have been here, but there were still many couples and families dining in. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. My son had ordered a Dr. Pepper and forgot to order it without ice. When he asked for a glass to scoop his ice into, she happily said she would just get him a new one. That was so kind of her! I ordered the Limoncello spritz which was very refreshing g and delightful for spring! My son ordered the Triplet chocolate waffles with sausage and potato hash. He enjoyed the sausage and waffles (he especially said the syrup was "out of this world" ;) and I enjoyed his potato hash. For my meal, I got the chicken salad without routine. It was a big portion and very satisfying. I really enjoyed the dressing that came with it too! Although I have a gluten allergy and have said that my biggest (and only) issue is that there aren't many GF options on the menu, I'm finding there are some tasty options with the salads. But I would love to see some more GF options for those of us who have allergies and are tired of mainly having salads to choose from at restaurants. Another great meal spent with family in a classy setting with wonderful service, delightful drinks and delicious food! read more

The food was fantastic the wonton crab Rangoon was a great appetizer with sweet glaze on top of the sauce. The shrimp po boy you have two options of oyster and shrimp the shrimp is what I got and it was big chunks of shrimp. The cocktails are great variety. The service was very quick and friendly and our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance there was very open with a nice bar back drop and the liquor cabinets have a great selection of unique top shelf bourbons that are hard to find. Will Be back read more

Fantastic oysters! We followed up with the Uncle Koji's Nacho Board- so creative and delicious! My only complaint would be the tiny ham cubes. They lacked quality compared to the delicious pulled pork on top! I'd order double pork, no ham next time! Everything else on the board was perfect! Our waiter, Brandon, was great! And, the vibes were immaculate. read more

The atmosphere is very nice but the price you pay for the food is not up to par. The shrimp po boy was just ok. The shrimp was fried hard. The shrimp seems like it came from a box at the grocery store and not fresh shrimp. The fries were good. The shredded chicken sandwich was just ok. This place is probably just for relaxing & mingling with your friends and drinking. 5 stars on the atmosphere but about 3 stars for the food read more

we've eaten at this restaurant several times and have had good food. last night we dropped in for an early dinner. i had the shredded chicken sandwich and was so disappointed. it was the driest chicken and sandwich I have ever tasted. I ordered extra sauce and it was still to dry to eat. we ordered blackberry cobbler to take home. it was tasteless, so disappointing. read more

I am looking forward to going back, because we went at an odd time- 3 pm- and just had "snacks" but they were good and the menu had lots of great choices for both full meals and sharing appetizers. We had the traditional charcuterie board and wife had some raw oysters. I'm allergic to them, but she assured me they were tasty and she loved the sauces that came with them. The charcuterie board was huge with lots of different meats, some hummus, nuts, salad greens, cheese and small pieces of toasted bread. Very good sharing dish! I will say that I wish the cheeses had been more varied-- one soft "pungent" cheese added to the 2-3 hard cheeses they offered would have made it much better (I'm a cheese lover and love well-aged cheeses, so that's MY preference). Also enjoyed a dessert; the bourbon-banana pudding was tasty but I didn't really get much of the bourbon aroma or flavoring. Lastly, they have an extensive menu of wines, beers, craft cocktails and the like. Had a lovely cucumber gimlet to round out a great "snack." I was surprised that they were open at 3pm, rather than closing after lunch and reopening for dinner. It seemed the full menu was available, too. We want to go back and order one of the yummy--sounding sandwiches, or an entree, or even another of the different snacking boards they offered. Or more...even the list of appetizers was fairly long and stocked with delicious sounding treats. We hope to get back soon and explore more! read more

Tried this new restaurant and it did not disappoint. We didn't have reservations but were able to get a table when we walked in at 10:30 on a Sunday. I love the idea of their boards. Such a fun idea. The only board we got was the mimosa boards. You can get a bottle of champagne and 4 juices for $36. A cool way to drink and try different mimosa flavors. They had about 7 juices to choose from. I had the traditional breakfast and it was decent amount of food. Eggs were cooked over medium and were perfect. The waffle was my favorite it's the breakfast, but bacon was also great cooked slightly underdone (just the way I like it). Would try it again and do want to try for a good board or dinner. Will be for sure! read more

Checked out Point B for the first time today after hearing all the great things about it and it definitely lives up to the hype! We got the crab rangoon dip which is soooo good and I cannot recommend enough!! We also got the wedge salad and po boy - both were also delicious! The portions were huge and there was more than enough food to split between the both of us. The patio is dog friendly which was nice for a day with good weather. The interior of the restaurant is also super cute and they do have a full bar. The only we had was that we ordered a mimosa and it was never brought out to us, and we also ordered an eggnog which took a while but it was delicious when it did come out. Overall, I would really recommend this place and I have my eye in trying out their many boards they offer. read more

This place is relatively new and I wish I knew about it sooner! The food was quite literally amazing, I got the pesto cavatappi w steak and it was so good. The charcuterie board and crab rangoon dip also were 10/10. It wasn't too busy in there but we went at lunch on a thursday; apparently it gets busier at night. It was so cutely decorated!! A classy rather new restaurant with boards (charcuterie) of beautifully plated entrees. A friend made reservations for a birthday meal, and we arrived about 11 AM to get a head start on the lunch crowd. By noon, the restaurant filled nearly to capacity, although no one sat on the outdoor patio since it was a rainy day. We started with water and a lite cocktail made from lemon and ginger simple syrups, lime, filtered water and a splash of vodka over a glass filled with ice cubes. Amazingly refreshing! Then we shared a lunch portion of a taco charcuterie board with mini tortillas that was aesthetically presented as well as full of delicious fillings (chicken and beef, salsa, tomatoes, beans and the like). Prices were a bit on the higher side; however, the place was clean and decorated fashionably with large transparent globe lights on the ceiling, a chandelier over the top of a long bar that extended almost the length of the establishment, comfortable tables, and "booths" that consisted of a long blue velvet couch with 2-tops and 4-tops arranged in front of it. The main reason for the 4 stars--our server forgot to place our order immediately after she took it, so we waited more than 30 minutes for our entree to arrive. She apologized for the delay, yet returned twice to check on us. Point B apparently is known for its brunch, lunch and dinner boards and its unique cocktails. It's surely a place for a special luncheon or dinner. read more

We love doing our girls nights here! The best wine selection, amazing patio, and the food is always delicious! Our servers have always been very attentive and kind. I am gluten sensitive and have always been able to find a delicious meal that works with my food restrictions. The steaks are so well seasoned and cooked to perfection, the roasted chicken maybe my favorite roasted chicken in town. I've brunched here as well and the omelette is a very large serving with the most delicious hash browns and the mimosas board is always fun for girls brunch. It's such a beautiful space inside and out and locally owned! I highly recommend it! read more

We have been to Point B twice before and had a great experience. Today we walked in at 1:30p.m. and sat at the bar. There was one table and two gentlemen at the bar, clearly not busy. We sat there for an unacceptable amount of time and were not acknowledged once. Instead...one girl/employee next to us,clearly saw us, and kept watching tv while the other one looked up at us and instead of acknowledging us, went back to going through her tags. No "hello", no "be right with you". We walked out. Very disappointing! read more

Point B has been something of a mixed bag. The atmosphere is swanky and fairly bougie but the food is consistently subpar, and the service has been hit and miss. At least twice that I've gone there the servers have interrupted our meal by trying to sell us a membership, and the last time I was there, we were promised a heating element outside repeatedly, but did not get it and were quite uncomfortable. The guacamole that we got was literally just a crushed avocado and salmon that we returned to the kitchen twice was repeatedly undercooked. No chef worth his salt would have sent these to our table, and indeed, the guacamole seemed to have no salt at all in it. The drinks have been pretty good. Overall, this restaurant is overpriced and good on the exterior but doesn't deliver with the most important things: the food and service. read more

I have been to point b a few times now. So far, we have only tried the boards and have not made it to the actual entrees. The charcuterie board, veggie board, fry board, and nacho board are all 10/10 worth it. The brunch pastry board and brunch mimosas make this place worth visiting during the day! The s'mores board for dessert is just fun but basic. We were not impressed with the taco board but the nachos really did outshine a lot of things! The drinks are great! Pineapple marg was my favorite. The pineapple is crème brûléed and makes it a treat! Great place to go with a group of friends who want to share food and catch up in a classy atmosphere. read more

We have been wanting to visit this place since they opened. But in reading early reviews I figured to wait till they get the wrinkles worked out. Upon entering we were asked if we had reservations. No reservations meant a 30-40 minute wait for a table or sit at the bar. We chose the bar and I am glad that we did. The service was excellent. Also to note the restaurant was very clean. The bartender was very attentive and was constantly shining his glasses up. Very impressed with the service! That's where the good ended for me. My daughter ordered the avocado toast and I got the club sandwich. She said the avocado toast was good. My sandwich was all bread, about 2-3 ounces of turkey meat, not Bentons bacon as was advertised to have, a little lettuce and the thinnest slice of tomato known to man two fat slices of bread it's listed as having a pesto aioli and that would have been an awesome addition. And perhaps it did have this aioli on it, I couldn't tell you because all I could taste was bread. A good club sandwich is turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce tomato and mayo. I kind of wonder when they made this menu if they tested the dishes prior to going live. Oh and the fries, very small and a small portion in a tin cup. I'm sure this place has something they do well, it stays busy. But for me $16 for a sandwich that was all bread, and there was an option to add ham for $2 extra dollars. I'm just happy that my wife has no interest in trying it. read more

This place was awful. Really. Awful, as in "Add some seasoning to your meats" awful. Went with a group of 6,10 total. Cheese board appetizers were excellent. Fresh, tasty samples and pimento spread was exceptional. Fig jam also was terrific. Lower grade because of the main course - in my case, the $40.00 New York steak, was flavorless gristle. Even the sauce on the top tasted like it came from a can. I've had better steaks from Cheddars and Chilies. Roast chicken was similar to Krogers. But with less flavor. And not a great potion. Our Italian friend had a pasta dish. When we asked her how it was, she rolled her eyes and said "Pasta and butter". My son had the club sandwich. He ate half. If you understood his appetite, you'd know that was a zero on a 1 to 10 Happyness chart. As for the sides, I had brussels sprouts. Just average. Too spicy. The shredded cabbage with Bentons bacon was not bad, but was soggy. Not crisp. Service was also average. Our server didn't seem too focused call on us, but she should've been. I was still nibbling on the cheeseboard, and she came and took it away. Altogether, not a positively memorable dinner. read more

I have been here twice, first for brunch then dinner. The restaurant itself has an upscale feel yet offers decently priced options. Both times the wait staff have been very attentive and friendly. I've asked for recommendations on menu items and each time they've made some good suggestions. For brunch, I had gotten the mimosa board. This comes with a bottle of champagne and four juice options. My absolute favorite was the strawberry juice - would recommend anyone try it! Additionally I ordered the Triplet chocolate mini waffle with sausage and potato hash. Even though it's chocolate, it's not very sweet but I didn't mind that, as the maple syrup took care of it. Overall I was happy with my choice. For dinner, I had gone on a Thursday which is when they offer half off bottle of wines that are $95 and less. As such this place was pretty busy and since I didn't have a reservation I had to wait 45 min for a table. I took advantage of the wine deal and ordered the baked Brie appetizer, the taco board for 4, and the s'mores board for 2. Everything was delicious. The taco board comes with two protein options, I had tried the chicken and steak. Both are perfectly seasoned but the steak did seem a little tough to me, I think next time I would try the chorizo instead. The s'mores board was fun, however maybe a tad overpriced for what it is. They do change the s'mores board seasonally, so in March I had gotten a heart shaped Reese's, a pink Kit Kat and s'mores Girl Scout cookies on mine. Overall, this proved to be a great restaurant choice for both brunch and dinner. read more

I've been to point B several times for brunch and for dinner. Brunch is excellent. I recommend the eggs Benedict and I love their crispy potatoes. The concept of different boards to share was not immediately attractive to me, but when I got the taco board with a group of friends I saw that the portions were definitely big enough to share for a group of four, and not only that, but you got to try a broader selection of items by doing the board. The cocktails are really fun and always look beautiful. The atmosphere is also really nice, thoughtfully light laid out and decorated in a charming fashion. The wall sconces and dramatic high ceilings set the scene for a great date night or dinner with friends. read more

It was my first time here and I was very impressed firstly with the sleek, modern, calm decor. This is a smaller space offering spectacular craft cocktails, unique boards including breakfast boards, excellent variety of meats, seafood, and vegetarian options to please every palette. There is a small outdoor patio with an igloo & child size picnic table experience. We shared several appetizers in our group and our favorite was Uncle Koli Nachos that are made of wontons instead of tortilla chips. Our server Rachael H provided excellent service and was very personable making our experience top notch. Wesley, the manager, came to greet us to check on our experience. Since this was our first time dining here, he took time to explain how most everything is locally sourced or made in house including their dressings and various flavors of simple syrups for cocktails. I had the rosemary old fashioned, so smooth and delicious. He also elevated our experience and offered up their s'mores board and the banana/bourbon pudding. It was a delicious and refreshing experience. A definite must go for any occasion! read more

We have had many friends recommended this place, so today we decided to finally try it. We were not disappointed; it was amazing. We ordered three small boards, the French Fry, the Traditional, and the Taco, as well as a kids' chicken tenders. The kids' meal came with two sides. The food was delicious, but we over ordered for our party of five. Each small board serves at least two people. I wish we had known this before we came, but we are super excited about the leftovers. There are many great options on the menu. We came for lunch, but they also serve breakfast/brunch and have a whole section on the menu with these options. The service was friendly. They have a bar with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. All in all, our lunch was great. We will definitely be coming back soon. read more

Great place for a weekend brunch. I went in at 10 on a Saturday morning and watched one of the World Cup games. Very nice upscale bar area. They have a really good mimosas deal for brunch. For $16 you got a bottle of champagne with 4 different fruit juices of your choice and they have way more than just the usual orange and pineapple. I got breakfast tacos for my food and they were very good. The only thing I would add is I would have liked a little more cheese on them. They tasted great though. This will be my go to place for weekend brunch. Can't remember the bartenders name but he was really good as well. read more

Overall love Point b! A fun menu, with sharing options, fun drinks, great atmosphere! We did have one bad experience where our food took over an hour to get to us ( I think waitress did not put in honestly) and then when we did get it you could tell it was cooked in a rush ( one persons burger was very underdone) My only other issue that it is pretty inconsistent. We have gone for brunch a few times and gotten same thing and they tasted totally different I am not done with them, and cutting slack to a new restaurant is necessary as they work out kinks, but Point B has so much promise , hope they only continue to improve. read more

A very solid new addition to the Knoxville restaurant scene. Pretty modern and chic inside, but super noisy when busy. I know some people like that kind of energy, but for me I want to eat and relax. The food was top shelf, although they were out of a couple item, the manager made sure we had options and even let us have a partial sample of an appetizer on the house! I always like restaurants that are not afraid to put a new spin on things, and Point B does just that. While they offer the typical charcuterie boards, they also raise the bar and offer full family style meals with the same board concept, but they don't stop there as they also offer a dessert board "s'mores", with a flame to cook them over and all the stuff needed to bring back a great childhood memory full dessert. We will defiantly be back!!!! P.S. Some additional drink options would be great as well! read more
