They tried to give me a Mazda CX-5, which is considerably smaller than the options listed on the website for the class I reserved. The lady kept insisting they are the same size, but we had to transport 5 people with all our luggage and a CX-5 wasn't gonna cut it. It's not even listed on their website as an option for that class. Any of the cars that were listed on the website would've sufficed. Then, they charged me for Illinois tolls even though I paid them myself. Never renting from Budget again. My dad usually rents from Alamo at Midway, and we've always had good experiences with them. Although, they do charge an exorbitant fee if you don't pay your tolls in time.
