I was diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis and suspected food poisoning. The chicken had an unusual smell and did not seem fresh. When I brought this to staff's attention, the response was dismissive and unprofessional instead of addressing the concern. Customer service overall was also poor. When certain menu items were unavailable, staff responded with attitude rather than helping find alternatives. The ambiance was not welcoming. The restaurant did not feel clean or comfortable, and the overall atmosphere matched the poor customer service experience. Food safety should never be questionable. This experience was extremely concerning, and I will not be returning. Please be cautious when ordering from this location.

We got a full rack of ribs, side of mac & cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad as well as some stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeño peppers. We pulled down the bed on the truck and nibbled a little bit before we hit the road. I was incredibly shocked of how good the ribs were. This is now my favorite rib spot in town for barbecue places. The meat was so tender It fell right off the bone and had a black pepper seasoning taste to it. I'm a sauce whore and love sauces but could definitely eat these without any barbecue sauce. Out of all the sides we got I would definitely get the potato salad again. It was probably my favorite I've ever had. Now anytime we pass the area we're gonna have to stop to get some ribs and potato salad. I can't believe my niece who lives out here has been gate keeping this place.

In general, this is really not very good bbq, but presentation can always make a difference. However, if that presentation looks like it was a sandwich made by the "fraternity chef" while charging top dollar prices, that's not going to help. A "rib sandwich" was literally 4 ribs on 2 slices of white bread, bones still in. For $20, at least have the decency to debone the ribs, especially if you can't even serve it on a nice roll. My girlfriend had the chicken sandwich, she asked for sauce on the side. This was confirmed when the employee read the order back. Sauce was on the sandwich, which was also served on two slices of white bread. The fries were okay, as were the beans. Final verdict, overpriced and underwhelming.

As you come in, there is an eat-in bar on your left and an ample dining room straight from the door. The menu has lots of choices, from salads to tacos to BBQ pulled pork and many more choices. My bet is that anything you order would be delicious. I had the brisket sandwich with coleslaw, and it was incredibly good. Juicy flavorful large brisket pieces on sliced bread that holds everything perfectly in place without falling apart. The michelada they make here is definitely one of the best I've had even south of the border. The ambiance has that southwestern vibe to it, sort of like one of those western movies. Service was a bit slow, but good and friendly. Eliza was very personable, and her recommendation was on point. Definitely recommended stopping here if you are in the area. Thumbs up

OR do you want to take my advice & grab a blanket or bring your favorite chair over to the lawn & dine to some great music They also have several picnic tables if that's your style. The concerts here are great & there's a big playground for the kiddos They can play & enjoy the music too. Don't forget the dog's bowl because The park is dog friendly for leashed dogs only. Parking gets tight once the concerts start. Always check out the parks website to confirm who's playing or for new events. It makes for a good family night out. FYI they also host a fresh veggie market too Three stars is good in my opinion
