The food is consistently good and they offer great happy hour specials, fun game nights, and a fantastic bottomless Sunday brunch. The bartender tried to make it right, she was at least polite and friendly, but an apparently drunk bar patron had a problem with me complaining and tried to pick a fight with me. Tempers were flaring so I decided to leave to avoid a confrontation. Later I felt bad for the bartender who was caught in the middle so tried calling to have a more amicable conversation. Unfortunately, a rude and aggressive manager answered the phone, would not transfer me to the bartender, and was immediately hostile with no provocation. He accused me of "throwing food" (which I did not, I had set the box on the bar said something like "what the heck is this?") The manager insultingly offered a cold burger to "make it right". I told him I could not accept cold food as "making it right" and told him a freshly cooked meal would make it right. The manager then tried to pick a fight with me over the phone and started yelling. He tried to blame me for leaving the place while they were preparing a corrected burger and waiting 30 minutes to call back. He clearly was not interested in making anything "right" but instead wanted to extract some sort of revenge for complaining in front of other customers. I still feel bad for the bartender --- she did try to make it right. But this place has repeatedly screwed up the food and if you dare complain you get hostile treatment in returned. The manager is absolutely deplorable, and they have at least one dangerously rude bar patron. I am finished with this place.

For me, that is a good combination of the pepperoni's zestiness, the meatiness of the sliced meatballs, and the creaminess of the ricotta cheese. I will try other items and potential pizza topping combinations on my next visit. It isn't far from my house in the Acreage, maybe 15 minutes or so. And it's next to Publix if you need to grab something else on your way back home. They have table seating if you want to eat in instead of eating out.

Bakery and Deli move at a reasonable pace. Produce is kept fresh with no visibly stale or overripe items. Meat department seems well trained as butchers, with cuts appropriately trimmed and packaged. Pharmacy is fast and knowledgeable. Personal interactions with cashiers, stock team, assistant managers and management have all been pleasant. As Publix locations go, I'm impressed.

The chicken was very moist and tender, although it could have used a dash more salt for my personal taste. The waffle came with an asian flavored coleslaw which was new to me as well but very good and refreshing! Onto the fries; can you ever really go wrong with the truffle/parmesan combo?
