    Polish Platter a must have!
    Connie P.

In Buffalo, we have Polish Villa and Potts Deli, in Endicott they have Podlasie. They have a limited menu - only authentic Polish food. This is just down the road from my sons house. Polish platter all around except for my granddaughter and husband. My granddaughter had the grilled cheese it was so good and she ate the whole thing. My husband at the goulash, which is more like a stew in Poland. It has a spicy sauce which was really good. The polish platter highlights all the food they are good for. Everything is homemade and you need to go there to try it. They also sell polish items, such as candy. Very authentic and great to see something like this. Go try and enjoy!

Omg was this place amazing!!! The only true Polish restaurant I've been to. I live 2.5 hours away but if ever passing through I will make sure to stop by! Portions are European and delicious! We had the salmon appetizer and the Polish platter as well as the goulash. The homemade cake dessert was also incredible! They also have some great Polish beer alcoholic and non to try. It was a wonderful evening! I can't wait to go back. Sorry no pics of the food as it was so good and we were so hungry, next time.

My favorite thing to do in Binghamton is discover new restaurants; hidden gems that somehow, growing up here, I must have missed. Podlasie came up when my wife's family (who I guess is part Polish) brought it to my attention. Open 3-8pm for dinner, we showed up right at 3pm. It was unassuming on the outside but surprisingly very clean and modern looking inside. The food was outstanding, made to order, and definitely authentic Polish. Kielbasa had amazing flavor. The house special is an easy go to that our family ordered. I personally had the stuffed chicken cutlet which I would get again however most likely will explore the menu more. It all looked great. Oh, we had cake for dessert. Highly recommend!

The service we friendly and prompt. The food was well cooked and delicious. The portions are perfect. I definitely recommend you give this place a shot.

Fantastic food! Highly recommend. Service was a bit "off" but I'd definitely give it another chance (our waiter may have been new).

We…read morerecently stayed in the area for a youth baseball tournament in Cooperstown and ended up eating here THREE nights in a row--that is how phenomenal it is. The food is incredible. The owner and chef is immensely talented, serving up fresh, farm-to-table dishes. Because everything is so fresh, the specifics change nightly, but everything we ordered was a huge win. The beef carpaccio was dynamite, and the Prosciutto Pizza, house-made focaccia bread, "farm goodies," bolognese, hangar steak, and caprese ravioli were all absolutely delicious. You can taste the quality and care in every single bite. (Sorry no pics...we were too busy eating!) Beyond the stellar food, the cocktail menu is an absolute blast. They have a whole lineup of delicious, creative craft drinks with "The Princess Bride" themed names! Trying the different drinks became half the fun of our dinners. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. We had a server named Beth whom we absolutely loved. By the third night, she knew exactly what my daughter wanted to drink as soon as we sat down! The owners and the entire staff are warm, welcoming, and treat you like family. If you are anywhere near Oneonta or Cooperstown, do yourself a huge favor and eat here. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

It's an older house painted red with black trim, featuring a newer deck that, at least when we visited, had no furniture on it. At first glance, you might assume it's a neighborhood sports bar or a casual local hangout. Step inside, however, and you'll find something completely different. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and inviting, with a classic dining ambiance that makes it feel like a hidden gem tucked away in the neighborhood. We were in Oneonta for Cooperstown All Star Village and were excited to discover this cozy farm-to-table restaurant. The food was excellent, and the setting made for a memorable dining experience. We started with the Crab Puffs, made with empanada dough, crab rangoon filling, and a jalapeño-green onion emulsion. They were creative, flavorful, and a great way to begin the meal. For our entrée, we shared the daily fish special, halibut served with farm-fresh potatoes and carrots. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the fresh ingredients really showcased the farm-to-table concept. The dish was simple, fresh, and delicious. To finish the meal, we shared the Crème Brûlée for dessert. It was outstanding, with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust and a rich, creamy custard that provided the perfect ending to an excellent dinner. Despite the restaurant being packed, we were seated immediately and received excellent service throughout the evening. The staff was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. The drink menu was another highlight, offering a solid selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails. Overall, this was one of the best meals we had during our trip. Great food, excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, and a unique setting make this restaurant well worth seeking out if you're in Oneonta.

I stopped in this little gem last night…read more I was greeted at the door upon entry as my eyes landed on the fresh lobster tank in the middle of the room. As this was my first time there, I took my time walking around and browsing. I settled on an order of Pierogies (cheddar and potato) and a large package of marinated chicken, or at least what I thought was chicken. At checkout I was given some cooking tips by a nice older gentleman "You cook it on the grill, 8 minutes each side, medium heat". I inquired about how they made their ribs, which I will be purchasing tonight, and then made my way back home and prepared dinner. Upon opening the package, I'm am no longer sure I bought chicken as I removed a large sheet (approx 1-1.5ft long, 8in wide, 2.5in thick) of some kind of bird. The place does sell Ostrich and I may have purchased that by accident. The packages are only labeled with the date that they were packaged. Regardless, I cooked this bird on my grill for 8 minutes on each side at medium heat ;) Two minutes on each side, on my searer (it barely fit) and then 6 minutes, each side on the rest of the grill. It was perfect! I was so thrown off by the bird that I forgot to cook the pierogies but I'll have those tonight with the ribs. Now for the long and the short of it. Great Selection, Fresh food, Great Service, I thought it was a bit pricey ($20 for "chicken", $6 for Pierogies) but in retrospec my family of 4 only ate half of it meaning my whole meal cost me around $12 and I'll make another meal out of it tomorrow. If you haven't stopped in yet, what are you waiting for?
