I reserved tickets for the Christmas City Stroll on the https://www.historicbethlehem.org website…read more Adult tickets were $17.00 each. It was easy to reserve the tickets. The tour is rain or shine unless there is inclement weather. The tickets are non-refundable. My family and I did the Christmas City Stroll on December 23, 2023 at 6:00pm. The tour leaves from the Historic Bethlehem Visitor Center (505 Main Street, Bethlehem) at the selected time. We arrived at the Historic Bethlehem Visitor Center around 15 minutes prior to our tour starting and looked around the store. There are a lot of great souvenirs. We then saw groups of people leaving the store so we figured they were instructed where to go for the start of the tour. The tour started at 1810 Goundie House right next to the Historic Bethlehem Visitor Center. Our tour had about 20 ppl. The tour lasted about an hour and 1/2. We learned a lot of history on cherished traditions: a candle-in-every-window, the renowned Star of Bethlehem and Moravian Star, the community Putz, and Bethlehem's exquisite Victorian and colonial architecture and two National Historic Landmarks: the 1741 Gemeinhaus and the Bethlehem Waterworks. We ended the tour at Bethlehem City Hall. It was beautiful to see the mayor's Christmas tree with more than 285 ornaments created by students at the school with different colored lights and another tree with white lights. The tour guide was dressed in period attire and was very informative. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in the history of Bethlehem, PA.

The Bethlehem by Night Tour was horrible. We went on Saturday evening. The bus had no ventilation…read moreand it felt like it was 100 degrees. You could not see anything out the windows due to them being foggy. We had to use our sleeves to keep wiping them. The tour guide who was telling us about the town we could not enjoy because we could not see anything. It was the worst tour we have been on. Do not waste your money on this tour. It is not worth it!!

Ok...I really don't know where exactly this is, but if you are going north toward Bear Mountain on…read morethe Palisades Interstate Parkway (if you cross the GWB go towards NJ and you'll see a sign toward the PIP..you'll start at exit 2 so keep goin!), you cannot miss this sign. Its the only "visitor center" posted on some wood or something on that parkway. I know I shouldn't share this with random readers, but I have to explain it for you guys to understand why I reviewed it. I have a weird thing for rest stops and 24/7 gas stations no matter where it is. I have no idea why. Maybe its b/c time seems to fall back at rest stops, or the fact that you stop there in transit and it becomes a community of drivers in one, creepy location. Whatever the reason, I love stopping at these places. So anyone as odd as myself, I had to share. Okay this is no ordinary rest stop. First, if you need to use the john don't bother going here b/c they have port-a-pottys and they do not smell "potty". This is for the sheer enjoyment of going to a random linkin log place in the middle of Rockland County, and saying "hey, I could use a shiny rock." Also, this place closes early. I think 6. Alright so there is the most RANDOM load of fun filled crap here. It's like a local street fair from 1987 threw up here and nobody bothered to clean it up. Finger traps, rock shiners, an assortment of rocks, camoflage toilet paper on a ROLL, candy that belongs in a museum..It's awesome here. It's bizarre and so creepy, but it was friggin super. I think I even bought a couple of rocks (I'm a science nut; what do you want from me?). Anyway, everytime I pass that place I feel like I'm hitting the twilight zone because it sure as hell isn't 2007 over at that joint. CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!

I've been using Dawn for the past 10 years and she has made my travel arrangements and has gone…read moreabove and beyond to ensure that we have the best time. When hurricane Irene hit NY, i was in Curacao and my flight into NY was cancelled. It was a very stressful time for myself and the group of friends that were there with me. I reached out to her and she was able to get us a flight to Florida and made arrangements for a car rental so that we could drive to NY. After we were set, she called me back to let me know that she was able to get us a direct flight to NY. Other guests that were stranded in the resort asked for her information since they were not able to get a flight out. My recent trip this month was a cruise to Greece and Turkey celebrating my daughter and her best friend's sweet 16 birthday. She booked a group of 9 individuals on this trip. We were boarding the ship in Venice and she booked us a hotel in Venice two days prior to boarding the ship so that we could enjoy Venice. We stayed at the Principe Hotel in Venice. The hotel was conveniently located near all transportation, the cruise ship, restaurants, shops and near major tourist sites. I had the view of the Grand Canal from my room and the staff at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. The girls had a fantastic time on the trip overall. We didn't have scheduled transportation from the cruise line to the airport because she said that it would be cheaper to take a taxi from there. There was a film festival happening during the time tgat we returned to port and transportation would be limited. We reached out to her via email and she made it happen and got us two vehicles to transport us to the airport. Dawn is amazing in responding to her customers and she will do whatever it takes in a moment of unforseen circumstances to ensure that you are not stressed during your vacation. I would highly recommend her.
