Pork hash & gau gee is where it's at! I've been coming here ever since middle school. The prices seem like a good deal to me. I also like to pick up some of the li hing candy for $1 and of course an icee. It's a bit tight when walking in and probably would be a hassle to bring a stroller in so I'd advised parents to take turns or just have one parent order for the fambam. read more

Coming from the North Shore this was the only place we found for finger food. Cash only and no dining in. Pork hash and crispy gau gee could use more taste. The guy behind the counter happily waved us in and then disappeared only to return to take our cash. Then gave us a bad time when we asked for an additional mustard soy sauce container since they gave us only one instead of the two we were supposed to get. This little mom and pop Chinese store has been here ever since I can remember! I loved coming here as a kid and getting some crack seed snacks with my icee. Now that I've grown, I come here for the roast pork and char siu. When you come into the store, it doesn't look the cleanest, and I honestly wouldn't come here if I didn't grow up knowing the restaurant but the roast pork and char siu is delicious and well worth it. The staff is not especially friendly, but there is this one younger staff member who always nicer than the rest. I believe this place is cash only which is a little inconvenient. And I wouldn't recommend getting the hot items in the trays, but the gau gee is pretty good! I still love coming to this little store for the nostalgia but only if I'm in the Mililani area. read more

I used to come here since elementary school. My family and I came so often, we befriended the aunty that owned this spot. Everything was so bomb when aunty owned it, so I stopped coming after she told us she was no longer going to run the place. I recently came here (under the new ownership) and I feel like things went downhill. Prices went up (which I understand can't be helped as a lot of mililani businesses are starting to raise prices) but the food quality and taste was just.. not the same. Food: The cake noodles were bland, the black bean doughnuts were dry and even the chow fun was dry. I've heard the duck and pork is still good, but I've never really eaten that from here. I love the food here. I always order 2 crispy gaugee cake noodle and like 20 extra gaugee on the side along with roasted pork. I like that they are fast and the food is always hot and delicious! Living in Mililani for 7 years of my young life has exposed me to foods like, Long John Silvers, Burger King, Subway, and various Korean BBQ joints. Po Sing is that hole in the wall Chinese restaurant that you have to appreciate in a time where the Panda Expresses of the world seem to rule over all. Family owned and operated, it is one of the few mom n pop shops available in Mililani. With Roasted Ducks hanging in its window, how could you not give this place a chance?This place offers a variety of Chinese dishes like Egg drop soup, Crispy Gaugee, Beef Broccoli, etc. and did I mention that it all tastes great!? Po Song Chinese restaurant resides in the Mililani Marketplace shopping Center, a fixture in the shopping scene for a good amount of years. This place reminds me of Patty's Chinese Kitchen at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, where they would cut and serve roast pork and other meats ala carte or by the pound. The other part would be that they would serve plate lunches as well. Parking is plentiful here, since it was apart of the Mililani Marketplace shopping center. This place seems like its a take out restaurant only. Definitely not a sit in restaurant by any means, but there was a short line as my friend and I came here, so there's business to attend to here. Chinese food has always been popular in Hawaii, so having one in this neck of Mililani works well. The staff was cordial and friendly, which was good. The overall experience was average and to be expected. Nothing else you would want out of this place. We were picking up some roast pork and other essentials for the Chinese Ancestrial remembrance month, affectionately known as Bai-San. While we were here, also got a plate lunch for my friend whereas I personally went to Subway next door. I personally can't stand Chinese restaurant food anymore, since it makes me sick and really nauseated. I guess this health kick / lifestyle really is making me reject it or something I've literally had grown up with for many years. With that said, Po Song Chinese restaurant's ambiance was not really good, but it is what it is. If you wanted elegance, this place surely wasn't it, but you can get whatever Chinese essentials you may be craving and if you are in the area. We paid in cash, assuming that they are cash only and of course cash currency is always king anyway. Didn't bother to check though, as we were in a slight hurry and on a schedule. Do try this place for your Chinese food fix and you'll be good. Prices were spot on and on par with what the majority of similar restaurants in the area and on Oahu at large. Family run business that serves made to order and already prepared Chinese food. The food is pretty good. It's not spectacular but if you eat out a lot like we do, and you want something good but affordable, then this is the place. I love how it's in Mililani because good restaurants in Mililani are hard to find and we usually have to drive far to get good food. Sevice is excellent and they are not stingy about their portions. I came here last Sunday and ordered a 2 item combo of their orange chicken. The lady behind the counter gave me all the chicken they had left but since there was still a little bit of space (not a lot, just a little bit of space) in my to-go container, she filled that space with sweet and sour pork. Wow, I was impressed. Usually restaurants will just give you what they have even though you didn't get the full serving. She definitely scored a loyal customer with her action. To top it off, the sweet and sour pork was so good that I will definitely order that again next time. The reason for the 4 stars as opposed to 5 is due to the fact that they microwave their shu mei in the styrofoam container. As we all know, styrofoam containers should not be placed inside the microwave because they melt and leak harmful chemicals into your food. We usually ask them not to microwave it for us now. Also, I got here at 1:00pm on Sunday and they were already out of a lot of their already prepared food but they are open until 6 or 7. I'm guessing that if you miss the lunch rush, they won't put out new food until dinnertime. The food itself is very tasty. We really like the orange chicken. It is not too citrusy tasting but has enough of the orange taste to make it good. The coating is also good; not thick or mushy but has enough crispness even though it's been sitting under a heat lamp. The sweet and sour pork had an excellent balance of sweet and sour and also had good coating. The made to order Mongolian beef was also good but the serving portion was a little small for the price. I came here to pick up a 2 lb order of Roast pork. I phoned in the order from Pearl City and when I go there the order wasn't ready yet. They were pretty busy so that could explain why my order was not ready. The Roast pork was for a party and everyone liked the super crispy skin from the roast pork. Sad. The big guy behind the counter was upset (I guess) 'cause I didn't tip them. So he put half of my Char Siu order back into the tray, instead of in my container. I thought there was something was odd about that, and sure enough when I got home only 1/3 of the container was full. When I called back to complain about it, the woman who answered acted like she could barely understand English. "Half full, half full, no more char siu" Idiots... Can't leave there without getting at least a dozen pork hash and wonton, and a pound each of the roast pork and char siu. It's a must have at all our family functions. I've given it the benefit of the doubt over and over, we've come here over 10+ times and 70% of the time charsiu is extremely burnt, like black burnt and way too hard, pretty much inedible. Ono local Chinese food much better than the other takeout Chinese place. Some of the food is a bit saucy so if you don't like sauce maybe go elsewhere. The pork hash is winnahs. This is a great place for some quick and yummy Chinese. Best things are their roast pork and char sui so getting the roast meat plate is perfect. They also have other options and some deserts, the best which is rice cake yum! Po sing is located in the Safeway Mililani shopping center right next to subway and Supercuts. It's rarely ever busy but sometimes there is a line. One downside is they only do cash, luckily there's a BOH machine in Safeway. read more

Like everyone said, this is the best place for char siu and roast pork. I usually buy extra roast pork to make pinakbet. I ordered three noodle dishes in addition to the char siu and roast pork. Beef broccoli mein, soft gau gee mein, and minute chicken mein all were very good. I wish I had taken pictures but other reviewers pictures were accurate. I had to order all three because everyone has their favorite. I loved the minute chicken because it's boneless and tastes like grilled garlic chicken with a rich sauce and choy sum. When we're able to have gatherings again, I will order the minute chicken and beef broccoli as side dishes and double order the soft gau gee mein for those who like the soft gau gee which includes a variety of vegetables. As she served the rice I heard it hit the Styrofoam container and it sounded and looked very dry, I guess she thought so too because she put it back and suggested white rice which I agreed to. When I went to my car to eat, the rice was good but the chicken was Very Dry so I tried a second piece which was very tough! I tried a third pc and it was impossible to chew.
