Being honest - the flavor of most of the items was good at first, but I detected the texture of being microwaved. The most concerning part, however, was that I had tummy issues for 2 days after eating there. And, I confirmed it was the food when I ate the leftovers and got attacked by the same painful, horrible cramps. That's about all I feel needs to be said. I know they've been operating for a while and the food used to be good. Just hope the sanitation and food handling practices are improved and quality becomes a priority.

Pork hash, char siu, and roast pork

This place has some good food! The pork has was massive and had a good flavor. The char siu had just enough sweetness but wasn't overly sweet. The roast pork was crispy and just salty enough to keep the pork succulent when you bite into it. I liked that they don't skimp on the hot mustard and shoyu like some restaurants do as they gave two large containers full!

Located in Mililani Marketplace, this small establishment is take-out only. There is no seating available. Love the food here, especially the char siu and gau gee! I was a big fan of their manapua, but it is no longer offered on the menu. I'd visit here more often if they accepted credit cards or digital payment platforms (such as Apple, Venmo, etc). Please note, this establishment is strictly cash only. Make a stop at the ATM before heading over!

Located in Mililani next to Safeway Supermarket is Po Sing Kitchen, need to pick up some pupu items, before visiting friends. I ordered 1 lb Roast pork and 1 lb Char siu and both were very good and tasty. The roast pork was nice and crispy and the flavor was just right not overly salty. The Char siu was tender and the tasty was just right and moist. Large parking lot serving a lot of different business.

Brunch was decent. Wished they have a veggies on the side. Meats could have been a bigger portion for the price.

They give good portions! Got 1 choice of their pork eggplant with fried noodles and fried rice and 1/2 Lb of their roast pork to go. Prices are good here and good portions.

Came here 1/4/2023 Saturday for a quick lunch after shopping next door. Been ordering from here for 2 years and some of the best char sui, and roast pork I ever had. Prices are about the same as everywhere else your can get roast pork and char sui from. Order a side of pork eggplant, and the roast meat plate that comes with char Sui and roast pork with your choice of starch.

Stopped by here after seeing many of my Yelp friends checking in since I was in the area. Had a bit of trouble finding this place & had to ask a kind woman waiting outside of Safeway. It is located closer to Subway. I had many errands to run so only purchased roast pork today. I was sad that there was only a small piece of pork hanging in the window after the gentleman in front of me bought most of it. Not to fret, the counter person disappeared to bring out more. I wanted to make a knock off lechon kawali for an easy dinner as I had some very juicy vine ripened tomatoes and sweet onions. I generally do not eat roast pork because it is very fatty, but saw the pieces were very meaty. Dinner came out great served with some French Onion Soup. Cringe worthy, but I enjoyed my pieces of defatted pork with some balsamic vinegar since I didn't have any of the traditional Filipino vinegar. Btw, Po Sing does not sell any manapua or steamed buns. Although there was only a rubber duck hanging, the gentleman said he did have roast duck in the back. Only one customer is allowed in the restaurant at a time & there is no dining area...strictly take out. Lots of parking available in the Mililani Shopping Center parking lot.

So cute, original, spotless & smelled good too. I ordered take out online & got there in 10 min but our 5 plates wasn't ready yet. The diner was full and had more take out orders so i get it... they were busy. But every employee walking around came to check on me and my son while we waited. And checked back multiple xs. Props to Mgmt for instilling great service skills in their team! Since we waited awhile i asked if my son could have a water but our order came out same time. Staff still went and made him a regular size water to go! I also didn't reaize the food doesn't come in bags or a box unless you check the box somewhere on the ordering site, but they were nice enough to excuse my newness & give me a cute matching themed bag. Normally you gotta pay for the bag, not sure how much tho. They have some killer daily specials: chicken katsu, NY steak or chicken bowl only $10.99 or burger & fries $8.99 (max 2 per customer)...who does that! Seriously a great value! Prices overall seemed lower here.. Katsu was good, short ribs good, fried chicken good (but like Japanese style battered and cut). The curry could be better. And i was disappointed in the katsu curry because the curry wasn't on the katsu, it was in a surprisingly small container that wasn't enough (see pics). My overall experience was great because of my experience with the employees, how nice & cute it was, & the food that I liked was good. I just won't get anything curry again. I'll be back for more $12 katsu! Oh & idk if I missed it but I WAS looking for noodles in the online takeout app & didn't find it. But their menu in store has noodles! Try check!

They've got both indoor and outdoor seating, cute diner type vibe with local southern fusion comfort food. I'm really picky about burgers and this one really fulfilled my craving. I ordered the "old school" prime burger. The beef is super flavorful and has just the right amount of char. You can tell they make their patties in house it was perfectly seasoned it looks huge when they place it in front of you but the buns they use actually make it easy to eat/bite into without making a huge mess. There's something nostalgic about the way these taste that I can't put my finger on so maybe that's why they call it "old school". Prices are reasonable, portions are spot on. Service is friendly :) I came in for lunch but noticed they have a cooler with some beers and a liquor license! Will definitely be back with the boyfriend next time we are craving some burgers and cold beer.

The cook misunderstood and did make a new set of fries for us. I personally prefer light sauce. My husband had the chicken and brisket plate with his substituted with the Yum chicken. Besides include rice and the cheese bread. The location was clean and ice water was offered. We did take out as well

I love that it's not overcooked so the egg coating doesn't get too dried out. Their meat jun sauce is also one of the best. The meat is a little on the thin side though. Their banchan was all pretty good with some unique stuff like this one thing with thin sliced fish cake like things. The Kim chi is top notch. The chop chae was another winner. Good flavor with a nice variety of veggies in there and pretty big pieces of beef. You can get the mandoo steamed or fried and we got steamed. I thought it was a little bland but it's also probably better fried. Not a problem for us but if you're vegetarian be aware that the tofu soup has clams in it.

Let me tell you...the meat jun was AMAZING! My kids absolutely devoured it. But for me, the star of the meal was definitely the short ribs. They were packed with flavor, the pieces were huge, and honestly, they were some of the best short ribs I've ever had! The only downside was that the food took a little longer to come out. But considering this seems to be a small restaurant , it really wasn't a big deal at all. When the food is this good, it's worth the wait! Definitely one of those places I'll remember from our Oahu trip!
