William cleaned the gutters and inspected the porch gutter. He discovered that water had been leaking under the shingles due to improper roof construction. For a reasonable price he replaced a section of rotted roof and shingle. Later that week it rained and I noticed that there was still an issue with water leakage. I called them and William came out that day to inspect. He made some additional repairs (about an hour of work). The next morning it was raining again. I inspected and found that water was still leaking. About 10 minutes later William CALLED ME and asked how the repair was doing and if he could come take a look. He spent the next 8 hours making major repairs and correcting major defects caused by the contractors who originally built the house. All of this was done at no additional charge. I am pretty sure he took a loss on our house, but he was determined to get it right and do a good job for us. That is rare quality in a repair technician/contractor these days. I was immediately contacted by William Wright who was quick to quote, extremely professional and informative. I had neighborhood comps for houses the same size and was expecting the worst, but absolutely thrilled when they beat the norm. He even offered to check for storm damage that would help me with the cost through insurance, but that was not applicable. They kept in constant contact, keeping me updated on product availability, left samples and worked on my timeline. They started the work on my main house, and a small shop in the backyard, that was in Horrible condition with 2 layers of shingles,( at least 3" of thick moss and pine straw) at ~ 6:30am, and finished in under 7 hours, leaving my yard cleaner than it was before they started. I had some unforeseen wood damage, but it was repaired by wood that was worked into the quote, and would have been refunded had not been necessary. A substantial crew that got up all the nails, blew off all the concrete and left No debris behind. They worked closely with the delivery of the product to my house, and the unused portion was removed before they even left. One very impressive point was they stretched huge tarps to the eves to protect all my bushes and flowers. I even had iris in bloom that were still standing tall when removed. My roof Was 25yo and in desperate need of updating with a high quality product with a longer warranty than I will ever need. I could Not be happier with the results and new look to my home!!
