We utilized this service for just over a year for our lawn care. Our lawn is looking much worse know form when they started. I attempted to talk to the people servicing the lawn, but they kept assuring me that it would green up and improve. I called in and was told someone would get back to me, but never did. These guys are absolutely phenomenal. I sent them an email with a request for a quote, as my yard was quite, uh... disastrous. Fifteen minutes later, my phone rang. Fifteen minutes after that, I hear a knock at my door. Steven introduced himself, gave me the quoted price, and said it'd be about an hour. I went back inside, opened on Ommegang Abbey Ale, and watched an episode of The Colbert Report. Less than an hour later, I hear another knock and open my door to find a new mecca of landscaping paradise. I was truly amazed. Very, very highly recommended. These guys are a great company. I called them about getting some work done and spraying for mosquitoes and the same day he actually showed up at my house and was quick to handle the mosquito problem the same day . Since they treated my yard i have finally been able to be outside and not get carried away by the mosquitoes it worked great and the service was top notch..thanks guys for handling the problem so quickly. My grass had gotten to over a foot tall because of, well...reasons. I emailed TLC through their website and got a response back that same day. We arranged a day for them to come clean up my yard and they showed up on time and did a good job. About a week later, I also let them cut up a rather large fallen tree in my yard as a result of the first interaction - that's gone well, too. The prices seem right and everyone I dealt with was very nice (the owners, Stephen and his wife are very responsive). I will definitely use these guys in the future. read more

We are so used to hiring someone that does crappy work or doesn't show up. These guys are amazing. We have hired them to do our lawn twice a week and believe me it looks fabulous when they are done. We are about to start using them to do some more work outside of the regular items. I highly recommend them! read more

i wish i could give zero star!I dont even know where to start but honestly this is the worst company i have dealt with in my life first of all, when i first bought my house, i hired triangle lawn care and we agreed to come every 6 weeks. this did not happen. after each service i had to call them to remind them of their appointments and they come in after the appointment time. the second issue, they come in and when i watch them from the window they dont do what is promised then when i call customer service to complain they tell me that thats not true and everything is as done correctly. then finally after one year of service and horrible lawn, i called customer service to complain only for them to return my call and guess what! they kicked me out they said they will not come back to fix the lawn! please dont go with thrm what so ever!!! read more

I called this company, as I had used them several times last year. The work was good enough for the amount charged, so I decided to call them again. They had mowed and trimmed the front and sides of my yard for $35.00. They billed me each time and I sent a check. (I have the cancelled checks) Three weeks ago, I called again. They responded right away, but rescheduled a few times and by the time they got here, the lawn was obviously taller than it was when I made the original phone call. The guys got here, approximately 30 minutes before the sun went down and the one said at least three times, "I really can't believe that we cut your grass for $35.00. We can't do it for less than $45 and you'd have to pay us right now". By then, it needed cutting so badly that it was too late to find someone else, so I gave him $45 cash and he promised to e-mail me a receipt the next day. That was two weeks ago today and I never got a receipt. Not only that, when I looked at my yard the next day, there were missed spots everywhere. Perhaps the fee should have been $45, rather than $35, but at least do a decent job if you're going to take my money and send me a receipt when you tell me you will do so! read more

After our last lawn care service stopped covering our area w/o notice, we did an exhaustive search for an affordable service. Even during the extremely busy planting season they worked in our quote in a timely manner & were very reasonable for both the front & back yards. They have been excellent at contacting us when there will be a delay in service & have done a great job keeping our lawn presentable. After years of trouble finding a landscaper who provides consistency and good service I called Triangle Lawn Care. Katie returned my call promptly and was very professional. We set up an appointment to discuss my needs. Steven and Katie arrived and were very pleasant and immediately put me at ease. We agreed on the work to be done (lots of hedge and tree trimming and complete mulch job) and the day to do it. Their prices were very reasonable, they arrived as promised and the work came out beautifully and was finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and WILL use them from now on. read more

I have used Steven Chapell of Triangle Lawn Care to help me clean my .26 acre lot for the past two Spring seasons. These were one-time services, not a contract for lawn cutting, etc. He has pruned my trees and shrubs and performed other general cleanup.
