Professionalism: From the outset, the owner, Karl, demonstrated outstanding professionalism. He provided a prompt, competitive estimate, and the final cost actually came in slightly under budget. The demolition was carried out with surgical precision, and the entire worksite was kept immaculately clean throughout the project. Karl and his partner David handled all the work themselves--eliminating the typical delays and coordination issues that come with juggling multiple subcontractors. Creativity and Craftsmanship: Karl's insight during the planning phase helped us reimagine the layout to maximize both space and functionality. He offered thoughtful, practical design suggestions that elevated the final result, guiding us toward choices that added real value. Karl and David brought an old-world craftsmanship and an impeccable attention to detail to every stage of the process. High-quality materials were used throughout, and Karl's network of skilled artisans--including a stone mason and glass cutter--ensured that every component was expertly sourced and installed at a fair price. In short, ABA Remodeling delivered exceptional quality and service at a value that's hard to beat. We had such a positive experience that we're already planning a second renovation project with them.

Kitchen remodels can be incredibly stressful, but Mirek and his team made the entire process smooth and worry-free. From start to finish, Mirek was incredibly professional, highly responsive and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our space, offering excellent suggestions that improved our cabinet layout and functionality. His crew, Christian and Lucas, were true craftsmen. They were professional, efficient, tidy, detail-oriented, and clearly took great pride in their work. They understood the unique challenges of a 120+ year old house, solving every issue. We are happy to have chosen Mirek and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch general contractor.

He helped us select cabinets and worked through several versions of the kitchen layout until we were happy with it--we were easily able to swap out cabinet layouts and finishings, like adding a farmhouse sink. His crew were reliable, on-time, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel and we appreciated their attention to detail. They solicited our input on decorative details and were quick to fix things we didn't like, e.g., the location of kitchen cabinet pulls. We felt they treated our home as they would their own. The project even wrapped up a few days early. We would absolutely recommend Homewise Remodelers and choose them for future projects.

Working with Jaryd Cain and his crew gave me real peace of mind during what could have been a stressful situation. What stood out most was their speed. The job came together well ahead of schedule, and they never sacrificed quality to get there. Every member of the team was courteous, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to explain the work as they went. Jaryd runs a tight, trustworthy operation. If you're looking for a plumbing and repair company that combines skill with genuine care for their customers, JC Plumbing and Repair is it. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service.

I well I knew this was way outside my scope of knowledge and ability. I was a bit nervous bringing someone in, but the finished product and my expectations were EXCEEDED!!! I originally found JC Plumbing Home Services & Remodeling on Nextdoor. Nothing but amazing reviews and beautiful pictures to support those reviews! I reached out to Jaryd with pics of my bathroom and we scheduled a time to meet. He and his team are busy (always a great sign!) and he prioritized coming over so we could get the ball moving. Jaryd is an honest, straight-forward, knowledgeable contractor, which I very much appreciate since I tend to ask a lot of questions and don't want fluff, but to tell me how it is. He provided great suggestions for products that he has used on other renos and clients loved. Not only that but provided contacts at different stores like Home Deport, Floor and Decor, and The Tile Shop, to make this process even easier. He also trusted me with what I was picking out as well. But would also provide feedback if he thought a better option was available. Now, to the good stuff: my bathroom looks incredible! (check out the before and after pics). His team was thorough, meticulous, professional, timely, kind, and very understanding of all the questions I had. (I had a lot!) They were detail-oriented and didn't skip a beat to ensure they left my bathroom looking better than when they started. Jaryd stands by his work and also guarantees it. Truly an A+ in customer service, which is hard to find nowadays. We live in a world of entitlement and instant gratification which is why those other reviews are negative. I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to share not only the amazing workmanship and quality, but, compliment Jaryd and his team. I would rather someone take their time (society as a whole has no patience anymore), have a good working relationship with me, than push the contractor to rush and the customer be loud when things go wrong, trying to ruin his companies name/reputation. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jaryd and Team for again exceeding my expectations and I can't wait to partner on future projects!!

Several promised fund return dates that they gave us have now passed. We now rarely get a meaningful response from Botond. Court cases are now filed. Initial review: We signed an estimate with this contractor on 07/21/2026 for a kitchen countertop project ($12,400) and paid a $6,200 deposit by Zelle. Over the next four weeks no work was performed, no materials were delivered, and two measuring appointments were missed. The contractor stated in that the MSI quartz had been ordered; MSI and the fabricator both confirmed no order was ever placed. We terminated the contract in writing on 08/19/2026 and requested the deposit back. The contractor acknowledged the debt in writing and set multiple refund dates, none of which were met. As of 09/14/2026, none of the $6,200 has been returned. Moving forward with small claims case, and AG complain.
