They are contracted by my HOA, which is why I ended up having to use this company. "Bunky" scheduled my project and then admittedly forgot to send his crew on my schedule date. He stopped answering his phone after he told me "I don't know what to tell you, they will get there when they get there" when his crew no showed. "Bunky" insisted it would only take 1 day when I knew it would take 2. How do you drywall, sand and paint in 1 day? To this day, this company has never returned my calls and I coordinated all return visits with the crew themselves via text message.

It's worth noting that to check this out Casey had to belly crawl under the house which was very tight. I also couldn't be there to check on what was wrong, he took lots of pictures to show me what he was talking about and explained it to my realtor. He could have very easily convinced us to do unnecessary work on the house or back out of the offer. But he let us know everything was fine! I will definitely be using this company for all my construction needs in the future!
