After a water main leak, our drain tile failed and our finished basement was ruined. Our house was sitting on inches of water under the foundation slab, which had no way to drain because of our dense clay dirt. On the outside, Tiger C excavated all the way down to the slab, put in a new drain tile, water-proofed the walls, re-worked our guttering, and buried it all back. This was all done without permanently removing our porch, deck, or HVAC. On the inside, they cut a trench in the concrete basement slab and installed a six inch drain line from the center of the house to the exterior. Once opened, hundreds of gallons of water gushed out for several hours. Tiger C was very hard-working, friendly, and courteous. They were conscientious of our property and our needs. Further, they warranted their work, giving us the confidence to rebuild the interior. I could not give Tiger C a stronger recommendation.

If not there their issue under the warranty, there's a hefty charge. Then randomly they stated we needed an upgrade to our panel box. Mind you, this would cost more money when we already had gotten our financials squared away with a loan. When I requested that an actual electrician come out and take a look at the panel box, he stated it was fine and would be adequate to finish the job. Shameless money grab? Who knows. Trust broken. Once they finally landed on a date to start the job, several weeks later, it happened to land on the Friday before Labor Day. The crew was at our house for approximately an hour. They came knocking and said they couldn't finish the job because "they thought they saw a snake"..... One would think, that would be a work requirement considering your job entails you working in spaces that critters creep. But, no. They refused to the finish the job due to "the snake". No texts, calls or rescheduling emails have been sent despite our aggressive efforts to get a hold of anyone. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headaches.

I spppent $5000 to protect my new concrete driveway with Dry Zone's product Sealant Pro. However,…read moreafter an ice storm and salt was applied to the driveway, the surface was ruined. Dry Zone adverses "once applied, Sealant Pro works to blockwater and chemicals from gettiing into concrete.This protects the slab from the damaging effects of freezing and expanding water has on the concrete surface, virtually eliminating pitting, flaking, and spallng." It did nothing to protect my driveway. It's a mess! I am not sure what type of coating was put on , but I paid for Sealant Pro. They were no help at all in solving the problem and would not take any responsibility and did not respond when I asked for a referral for concrete engineer to determine whether the failure was on their part or on the part of the concrete company that did the installation. First, they said it was caused by the salt, then they switched to saying the concrete was bad.
