I got the mango tango again and it was really good. I also get their cappuccino all the time They serve coffee from cafe D'arte which is my go to coffee shop around pioneer square. No fresh cut fruit like most smoothie places. Uses frozen berries and fruit. No apples (which to me is a smoothie basic) Smoothie consistency was more like a slushee and not like a smoothie. Little disappointed but not bad. To me, Jamba Juice probably has a better smoothie than here which is sad since this smoothie was $8.75 for a ~28 oz smoothie, when Jamba Juice is about $7.50 for about the same size. Edit; I paid $2 more for kale and spinach and I'm pretty sure I got neither in my smoothie. More disappointed now, brought the star rating down from three to two. read more

I figured you can't screw up a smoothie so I walked in. Boy was I wrong. This place makes me hate Seattle.

I was introduced to this place when I trained at 180 Fitness. I've only had the PB&J smoothie which is amazing. It typically comes with whey protein but they substitute it for plant protein for free so I gave it a try one time. The plant protein is much sweeter and you can taste the Stevia in it. The guy making the smoothie offered to add more strawberries to counteract that taste and it helped a little but you could still taste the difference. I hope they figure out how to adjust some of their ingredients in the smoothies when they use plant protein but until then I'll be grabbing the PB&J with whey. I've always been here when there I was the only customer or there was one other person so the wait wasn't long but I can imagine that when it gets busy, with the one guy working, the wait may be an issue. I've tried other smoothie places in Seattle but they weren't as good and they were overpriced. For the size of the smoothie you get here for about $9 it's definitely very well priced. read more

Came here after working out at the Orange Theory down the street on a recent trip to Seattle. I had the strawberry banana shake and it was really good. A nice blend of fruit with the protein, didn't taste too chalky. They also had some snacks and protein waffles, I would've liked to try the waffles but was short on time. read more

Clean place, small, but never had a long wait. Have been wanting to try this place for a while, and with not many good smoothie options in this area I was hoping this place will be good. The service is friendly. I liked the Power green smoothie, but the taste of vanilla protein was overpowering. I'll try with less whey next time, or the blueberry oatmeal smoothie. read more

We got here at 4:40 and they had at least 15-20 minutes left before they closed but the girl at the front saw us and said "oh... we close in like 5 minutes... sorry..." and really didn't seem like she wanted to help us :/ so we just left. I adore this place so much. A simple menu, awesome fresh-fruit smoothies, available within a block of my home. It's great. I often come here for lunch for a quick smoothie and freshly-baken food item. The service is excellent and they have punch cards so you can save up for a free smoothie after 10 purchases! I love the variety of flavor options and add-ins. Banana peanut butter is one of my favorites, along with the green one and the super berry smoothie. Definitely try their cookies and muffins too - super good! All gluten free because this place is very health-focused. You can ask for no protein powder in any smoothie, too. read more

This definitely was not my favorite smoothie place at all. I asked for the chocolate smoothie and what they gave me tasted like powder and it tasted horrible. It was not a great smoothie. Not to mention I waited for like 10 minutes and then an employee finally came inside. That was not good service. Maybe my expectations were too high after reading the other review. I ordered the Strawberry banana smoothie. To me, the drink I got tasted watery. The strawberry banana flavor was there, but it felt like it was just mixed into water and didn't have the thickness of a real smoothie. This place not only has Super sized and healthy smoothies but carries great snacking options and healthy breakfast items. I'd highly recommend the PB smoothie and the Blueberry protein muffins (0 added sugar, they use dates as the sweetener). For the breakfast fare, you can't go wrong with the chocolate chip protein waffles. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff (extra points for providing me with their personal recommendations). I was so excited that a smoothie/health food cafe opened near my office, but it has been such a disappointment. I just ordered a $10 "acai bowl" only to find out it was actually a pre-made bowl of melted smoothie with a few banana chunks in it that didn't have any signs of actually containing acai. I'm hoping that was just a fluke, but at those prices it's not worth the risk to go back and try other things on the menu. read more
