Came on recently on a Sunday for Happy hour. It was $30/an hour for a medium sized room fits 5-9 people. There was a wait for the small so we opted for the medium. Parking was surprisingly nice at 4pm on Sunday. Happy hour until 8pm. A lot of great songs, there's newer hits as well as older songs. Sound was great. They have bottle wines, alcohol, beer. And snacks. Only complaint is the service fee I didn't realize was added for 15% until the following day. Ofc I tipped separately not realizing there was a service charge already. Definitely worth coming here during happy hour! Especially if you have a large party. If you do go during happy hour and watch the discount, each member needs to purchase something from their menu. If you aren't feeling too hungry, you can order drinks or a bottle water. It is also first come first serve, so there may be a wait. If you want smaller or the medium rooms they might be out. Usually the larger rooms are available though. They have a wide selection of songs to choose from which is great. I found most of the songs I was looking for at least. There is one main control station, but you can scan their QR code to also add songs to the que via your phone. read more

came here for a birthday celebration in the vip room. terrible service and the security guard is very rude and unwelcome. every time i wanted to get a drink i had to wait 15-20 mins even though it wasn't crowded AND i was in their most expensive room. they wanted us to CHROMECAST YOUTUBE for our songs. like what? why would i pay this company $400 to do something i can do at my own home? that was BS. once they switched us to their karaoke system it was a little better but the selection they had was very limited. and the microphones kept disconnecting every once in a while that ruined the experience and killed the vibe very disappointing, won't be coming here in the future read more

Went here for a work trip and I can say those who partook in karaoke had a good time. The food was freshly prepared in a convection air fryer and the drinks were served quickly. Went here with some coworkers after work and everything was amazing!! At first there was a bit of a wait to get a room for our party size but no worries cause there was a cute bar right inside where we got great drinks while we waited. Everything was fairly priced and even got some food orders put in which they even brought to our room the moment it was ready! I love plush! I've been here more times than I can count on 2 hands and I'm never disappointed. Karaoke is reasonably priced especially if you have a large group and I've never had an issue with getting a room (even on short notice). It's a Korean karaoke bar so they have a lot of Korean songs, however they have a pretty stacked English song selection as well. You can even sing songs from YouTube. Soju is pretty expensive ($15 a bottle) but the corkage fee is even more expensive. Keep that in mind if you are planning on drinking during karaoke. Food is pretty average priced for the area but isn't the best. Service is alright, it depends on the day I suppose. Sometimes it's very slow if you need help or assistance. I had one of the worst experiences at this karaoke bar recently. A server named Jacob was shockingly rude and dismissive throughout the night. From the moment we arrived, his attitude made it clear he didn't want to be there -- eye rolling, sarcasm, and unhelpful responses any time we asked for something. It took him half an hour to come and take our order after we pressed the service button multiple times. When we tried to order drinks and snacks, he acted annoyed, spoke in a condescending tone, and even made a few snide remarks that completely killed the fun atmosphere. Karaoke is supposed to be a relaxed, enjoyable experience, but his behavior made it stressful and uncomfortable. It's rare for one staff member to ruin an entire night, but Jacob managed to do exactly that. Management should really pay attention to how their employees treat guests -- especially in a service-based, entertainment setting like this. I will not be returning and definitely would not recommend this place until they address their customer service standards. read more

If I could give a 3.5 stars, I probably would. So I rounded up to 4 stars to be nice. Let's start with the front desk, the staff was very nice and very good about managing our time. The room was cool, you could easily fit 10 people to a room. Two of the light features did not work, kind of a bummer. There was 3 mics, which I think a 4th would be better. The food was not very good, I think it was all from Costco, but we didn't go for the food. The music selection was good, but a lot of the songs did not have the correct music video, so you ended up singing with super random people on the tv screen. I would never recommend this place, what a complete waste of money and time. The service was absolutely terrible. The girl who helped us had a disgusting attitude, acted like she hated being there, and made my entire party feel unwelcome. On top of that, the microphones constantly died, making it obvious this place is cheap, unprepared, and completely unorganized. The console was nearly impossible to use, and both the console and TV were entirely in Korean with no option for English. It was confusing, frustrating, and just another way this place shows zero consideration for its customers. There's even a button in the rooms to call staff, which we pressed multiple times, and not once did anyone bother to show up. Clearly, they don't care about their customers at all. The food? Average at best, and somehow it still took forever to get a plate of basic fries. Almost feels like they dragged it out on purpose just to keep us stuck there longer. Considering how ridiculously expensive this place is, it's an absolute scam. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for karaoke, because this lounge is pathetic and not worth a single cent. read more

Had a party here today. The room was not clean. Had old decor. Mics and music were not working. No service whatsoever! Food was delayed and came out in small batches that were completely not fitting for a party of 20 kids! To bring outa small serving of fries when we ordered like 20 things! I thought this would be like a typical Korean noraebang, but it was a lot more Americanized. We got a fat song book full of mostly just American songs and that's fine, but no book with Korean songs. I don't care to look up Korean artists from the remote and would rather just look through a book to find the songs. Our microphones also kept losing battery so we had to call someone to switch them out and this happened 3 times. It took a while to get someone to assist us whenever we needed them. Otherwise, the sound quality was good, but I noticed there was no score at the end. ZERO STARS!!! I came in with my friend today and the Asian guy with brown hair in the front was being a complete ASSHOLE. He was already being super hostile. We were late about 10 mins late to our reservation and he was saying how we can not be late and we are messing up their schedule. He refused to make eye contact while being just rude. And when we walked in our room the microphone did not work well. You have to look the music up on YouTube. I love the idea of Plush Karaoke Lounge! I'm sure there are a handful of karaoke establishments around, but this location had an authenticity to it. When you walk in, it's dark with bright LED screens playing K-Pop music videos and neon lighting lining the hallways. My friends and I came on a Friday or Saturday right when they opened. We were offered a room immediately, but decided to wait so that we could grab dinner beforehand. About 1.5 hours later, we received a text that our karaoke reservation was ready! We got the small karaoke room which was plenty of space for 4 people. The song selection is huge! They had almost every song we were looking for. My only issue is that our mics kept going in and out so we were basically yelling the lyrics. We had someone come by to assist but at one point we gave in since we only had the room for an hour. One thing to note, YOU have to keep track of how long you are in the room otherwise you pay for the additional time you spend there. First things fir the lady at the counter the day we went is super friendly. I went last Monday. She was super friendly and helpful. I went with a group of friends and she was just very helpful. The vibe was super cool. Like it felt like a nice movie theatre. The price is reasonable and they do have food there. Mainly appetizer like foods like wings, fries, onion rings etc. They also have drinks. I didn't get food there, but just went for the singing. The songs were ok. The selection of songs weren't as good as other karaoke places I went to like in Cerritos. It's quite limited for the English songs. Also for some reason when it was time to get graded, everyone got 0. I think there was something wrong with the machine, because there is no way everyone got 0, since we have a lot of singers with our group. I won't go here on my own accord, but it' still ok. It feels surreal; and so did Plush Karaoke when we came on a Friday around 7:30. Parking in Jamboree is a mess and all I can say is good luck and be aggressive. We came in and it was surprisingly already busy for a opening hour. We opted for a large room ($66/hour) for our party of 5 as we waited for more people to show up. I was definitely impressed with the layout, the lights, the bar, the drinks, the selection, the tambourines, and the room itself. It was so fun!! The screen is big enough to see the lyrics with strobe lights acting like you're a celebrity. There's Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and English songs and they are popping! Popular and trending songs can be found here. (I'm still waiting for Willow's "Meet Me at Our Spot" but that's okay) We were asked if we wanted to stay longer as the reservation after us cancelled and it was easy to add time to our room. If you're looking for a good karaoke spot in south OC, Plush is definitely a good but pricey option. Upon my most recent visit, it seems that they gave the rooms a facelift. The rooms are dim and accented with neon lights to give you that club/lounge vibe. The rooms, in my experience, have always been clean. More importantly: song selection. Unfortunately as someone who listens to genres you probably never heard of (pretentious hipster moment, sarcastically), I have trouble finding songs to sing to... BUT they have a lot of the classic karaoke bangers that most people would know even the chorus to. Also, I unashamedly admit that they do have most of the Drake singles, so at least I know those. Anyway, they have quite an extensive catalog of songs to choose from, so I'm certain finding songs won't be an issue. Drinks/soju here is definitely pricey, which is a bit of a problem because without a sufficient amount of alcohol in my system, I am *NOT* going anywhere near a mic, let alone sing in general. With so few karaoke spots in Orange County, I'd imagine Plush is probably one of the most popular/known ones. They also get really REALLY REAALLLLYYY busy, so good luck getting a room. I always have a good time here and while the decor is nice and all, the karaoke here is a bit expensive. I much prefer karaoke in Ktown or Little Tokyo. Def worth coming here for happy hour on the weekends! Normally an hour of Karaoke costs $38 per hour for small room, during weekend happy hours 3-8 PM cost is half per hour, only gripe is they each person must order one item off of menu. Each room comes with color changing lights, song selections were good, don't have too many recent songs but like how you can scan QR code's in Japanese, English, and Korean. We ordered fries and takoyaki and surprisingly not bad for karaoke food, fries were well seasoned and takoyakj wasn't soggy or overly salty. Service can be a bit slow, it took us 15 min to get our order in. Def worth coming here for happy hour for any Karaoke lovers! read more
