$15 for 1 hour / Small clean spacious room that fits 2-3 people, unlimited songs, kind staff, and decent quality mics?!? What a steal!! HAPPY HOUR PRICES: I unintentionally stopped by during their Happy Hour (3pm-8pm 50% off), so instead of $30, I only paid a flat rate of $15. NEVER encountered that in the U.S before. Wow!!! SERVICE: Upon arrival, the staff member was hella chill and nice. He gave me an ipad which navigates the songs online but there are other ways you can search up songs. He did not tell me how to navigate it, but it's really easy and I was able to figure it out very quickly. Just type your song, and press play/next. He did not give me a time to start, so just incase, I put my own 1 hour timer. Although he didn't really do a run down, he did give a disclaimer that if you have any questions he is willing to help! QUALITY: The mics were very echo-y but also a good legit karaoke mic. I advice that if you don't since close to the mic it echoes less. The staff member also gave sanitary mic covers which I appreciate! AMBIANCE: I only needed a small room, and their small room fits 1-3 people yet was SO spacious!! I love how there were hella strobe lights. The bathroom was VERY clean! Saving this on my go to places when I visit OC again. read more

We really loved doing karaoke here! We came here on a Wednesday afternoon and the worker at the front was so friendly, chill, and funny. The rate is $40/hour so it was more affordable than other spots in the area. You use tablets to pick the songs from YouTube, so the world is your oyster. They allow you to bring food and drinks so that was really nice. The worker gave us tambourines to use while we sang, so that was super fun. We would love to come back and bring more people. Thank you!! read more

Prior to coming here, I reserved a room for 6-8 people. The person on the phone was flexible and accommodating when I kept adjusting the number people as I attempted to reserved the room. We arrived 3 days later on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed our hour while eating ice cream. For the location, price, and ambiance, we'd love to come again. iPad was easy to find songs and need a bit of time getting used to the controls, but was a great time. I came here with my friends for a night out, and all I can say is that the happy hour is such a steal. Also, even though the sign says that you can't bring water, I asked and they said you can. A lot of places around don't allow you to bring in your own water, which is always a bummer. I'll say that the place is kind of what you pay for. There are no frills and fluff, but it is spacious and has enough songs that you'll be busy for hours. The songs are all from YT, so you may be limited depending on the songs you like. We did have a few songs unavailable to us, but overall it was no issue. read more

We got a medium room for $40 per hour for 5 people, which is a great price compared to other karaoke spots I've been to. The room comes with two mics, and they provide mic covers, which I liked. The system is connected to YouTube, so there's a wide range of songs to choose from. The only reason I'm taking off a star is because one of our TV screens wasn't working and it had connecting issues at times. I also wish there were more restrooms (they only have one for women and one for men), but they were clean, which I liked. read more

Recently came here for a friend's birthday party. This isn't in my area but we made the trek out there. I love karaoke so I was excited for the private room environment, as I've only done karaoke at bars. I love that you can bring your own food and drinks. You can decorate the room for a party and rent it out by the hour. Staff was friendly and nice and restrooms were clean which I appreciated. The only reason I'm giving this place four stars is because their songs selection wasn't that great. But they had enough that we were able to enjoy. We even added two additional hours because we were having so much fun. Recommend if you're in the area and you're not a karaoke snob like me lol read more

This is my husband and I's favorite spot for Karaoke in the OC! We had come here about 2 years ago…read moreand I believe it was running under another name as I was having a hard time finding it on my Maps app. I asked the main manager, that was the one helping us out for majority of the night, about the name change and he informed me that unfortunately the older woman that used to run the place passed away in recent years and now there are new owners. My husband and I arrived around 7:30 PM on a Saturday night and we were placed in a room immediately. The plaza that this establishment is at is in a busy one with restaurants all around. Parking was not hard to find around that time, but it was very busy and filling up quickly. The two times I've been here, I was able to find parking easily. That same man that helped us out was very pleasant and energetic. He informed us that they were out of the yogurt soju we wanted, so he went out of his way to one of the nearby businesses to find the soju bottle for us and said it was on the house. I asked if they had any snacks for us, and he gave us free snacks that consisted of peanuts, pretzels, and other snacks. Due to his kindness and energy, we ordered another soju bottle. The karaoke rooms itself are really spacious. The equipment is great. They use youtube so you can play almost any song you want. My husband and I found a song that we liked that is not very popular for karaoke as it is by an artist that is not well known and we were able to sing it here! There were no time limits which I really liked. We were there for about 3 hours and the prices were very reasonable. I live about an hour away from OC and there are not many karaoke options where I'm at. The closest karaoke place to me has a strict 2 hour limit and the walls are very thin. I will go out of my way to drive to this place as the parking is easy, the prices are reasonable, the music selection is broad, and the owners/employees are great. You guys have a loyal customer here! Thank you for staying open! My husband and I have definitely found our favorite karaoke spot and we plan to make trips out here more often when we can!

We had about 12 people and were placed in Room 10, which felt pretty small for our group--we all had to squeeze onto the couch to fit. The temperature was another challenge--either too hot or too stuffy with no comfortable in-between. The room had a small iPad to preload songs into the queue, but not everything we wanted was available. There was a YouTube option, but when we used it, no lyrics would show on the screen. On the plus side, the room felt clean, and they even had a cute birthday banner already set up, which was a nice touch! I do wish there had been at least a small trash can inside, though--we had no idea where to put our trash. When the night was over and we went to pay, the total was almost $500! I couldn't believe it. According to their site, for 12 people it's $126/hour plus $2 per person for bringing in your own food and drinks. I totally get the BYOB fee--it's fair--but wow, that total still felt steep. They also charged $7 for 5 disposable cups, which was a bit much. So we decided to ask our other friend to bring cups! I still had a good time and it was fun because of the company I was with, but for the price, I've been to other karaoke spots (like one in Westminster) with bigger rooms, friendlier staff, and more value for the money. Here, I felt like the staff barely acknowledged us when we arrived or left. Not a bad night, but probably not my first choice next time.

1. Food: The venue offers a diverse menu with snacks and drinks that pair well with karaoke sessions. The quality of the food is decent, with highlights like crispy fried chicken and golden fries. However, some dishes could be improved in terms of freshness and presentation. Prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for group outings or family gatherings. 2. Service: The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist when needed. Service is generally quick, whether it's bringing food or adjusting the sound system. A notable highlight is the staff's welcoming attitude, which enhances the overall experience. That said, during busy hours, there can be slight delays in assistance. 3. Ambiance: The karaoke rooms are modern and visually appealing, equipped with high-quality sound and lighting systems. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, ensuring an enjoyable singing experience. Some rooms even feature unique designs, adding a special touch. However, the soundproofing between rooms could be improved, as occasional noise from adjacent rooms can be heard. Overall: This is a solid choice for gatherings with friends or family. With its cozy ambiance, good service, and decent food options, the venue is worth considering if you're looking for a read more

There are a lot of karaoke spots in this area but Idol is without a doubt the best one. It's always packed, for good reason, so calling in advance for reservations is highly recommended! They also allow outside food and drinks for a small fee! I also love that they use a YouTube system so the options of songs is literally endless. I think they do have a book with a list of songs too if you wanna be more old school about it. I never know the name of the guy who works the front desk but he has always been SO helpful when there are issues with the karaoke and when making reservations or updating reservations. I cannot recommend idol karaoke enough!! 50% off hourly rates EVERYDAY from 5pm-8pm??? Absolutely unheard of! read more

I just noticed they remodeled the interior. The decoration is very beautiful. I'm impressed by the sound system. You can sing any song from their system to the ones on Youtube. They have fruits and drinks here. It's a great place for family and friends to hang out overnight cause they open pretty late. It's one of the best karaoke places in this OC area. Highly recommended. read more

We also chose to use their YouTube Karaoke, and there were already 100+ songs in the queue from the previous groups. Shouldn't the queue be cleared before the next customers come in? I went out to ask the staff a simple question the volume, and once again, they just looked visibly annoyed that I was even asking.
