We had a return to make and when asked what was wrong we were ignored. When it came time to pay our receipt was thrown on the counter and our change from payment was haphazard handed to us. No eye contact. No customer service, just a lack of respect really. We even had to bag our own items. Upon coming to the register the clerk was sitting on the opposite counter looking at his phone, so using the excuse "I was busy" wouldn't be a good one. Truly do not do this kind of thing often but disrespect and laziness isn't going to get you far in life.

Instead, it took two full weeks, and no one ever contacted me to let me know they were ready. When I finally went to pick them up, the price charged was higher than what I was originally quoted. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. When I expressed my issue with being charged a different price than agreed upon, the manager told me they would no longer sharpen my blades in the future--to which I let him know I had no intention of ever returning anyway. Poor communication, hidden price increases, and terrible customer service. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I was not given any additional charges for cutting the wood and the wood was cut in 10 to 15 minutes and they brought it out to my van and loaded it up for me. I was so relieved to find a place like this after the experience at the other lumber store.
